Been there at the Northern Ireland open breaks. Fish and chips went to table fast and it was hot and fresh. Fish was crispy outside and flaky inside. Very good and good salt too. Chips are pretty much same than everywhere in Belfast. Tangy …

Great food and the presentation is superb. There is something on the menu for everyone and a great selection of wines. The staff ate friendly and helpful, always a delight to eat here.

Was looking for a good Sunday lunch in Belfast and saw a review for McHughs and thought we would try it. We didn’t have a booking and they managed to fit us in. The Sunday beef roast was fantastic alongside the Guinness. Highly recommended and will visit again when back in the city

Great classic Pub. Nice friendly atmosphere. Nice semi quiet dining area upstairs. Actually love this place.

Make sure you make a reservation, always full!
Caring service, good atmosphere.
But food was average and didnt live up to our expectations or its reputation.
Lamb stew was too salty.
