Opiniones Burger King

Because we did not eat here, this review is purely for their customer service, which is without peer for sheer graciousness and humanity. I never I thought I'd be writing this for a Burger King, much less in Barcelona, because whoever goes to an American chain in a city full of cosmopolitan food options as Barcelona, right? Well, we were at an adjoining restaurant when I had a medical emergency and need to leave ASAP. Unbeknown to us, because roads were temporarily closed, taxis were not running, and we could not get to our hotel. I needed to go to the bathroom, and the closest thing was this Burger King location, where I was pretty much forced to camp out for several hours in their bathroom. Not only were they helpful, but also allowed me to use their disabled stall, and despite the language barrier where they could not understand the specifics of what we were conveying, they understood enough to be kind to me when I most needed it. I would've happily paid them for the medical urgency but in the real time distress of all going down, I didn't think to offer money or buy something for the sake of it. If this is any indication of the Spanish hospitality ... thank-you for coming through for me. Btw, the place, despite doing a constant brisk business for all coming through tourists, they managed to keep it clean and efficient as any fast food operation.

Hice el cumpleaños de mi hijo de 10 años el 6 de septiembre de 2023. La encargada del momento amable. No puso pegas para nada. Y muy honrados ya que me llamaron para devolverme el adelanto que di. Que yo la verdad ni me acordaba.

Burger King alternativo al de Plaça Catalunya, mucho mejor en cuanto a servicio ya que no está tan petado de gente y los trabajadores no están tan estresados. Además, tienen la máquina de Coca-Cola Freestyle, con una enorme variedad de bebidas deliciosas. Vale mucho más la pena andar 500 m desde la estación para muchísima menos espera y mejor ambiente.

Una muy buena experiencia con Cristian, en la barra de servicio hablándome muy educadamente y velando por la comodidad de de los clientes. Un establecimiento de diez junto a su comida.

Súper limpio y ordenado a pesar de ser un viernes noche, personal y encargado muy amables y respetuosos.
