We had been walking all day and just wanted a drink to refresh. We sat at the bar and ordered some mixed drinks. I enjoyed my Screwdriver, a vodka and orange juice. I didn't get to communicate much with our bartender because of the language barrier but she was very nice and made sure we were okay often.
As always I enjoyed looking at the memorabilia. This is a smaller Hard Rock Cafe so they have less overall. The bathrooms are downstairs and they are really immaculate and modern. Hard Rock Barcelona is right near Las Ramblas in a great place to stop and grab a bite or just a drink.

I'll preface this by saying I'd never actually eat or drink at a Hard Rock but I am always a customer of theirs because my Mom likes collecting their pins so as often as I can remember (fairly often, although I admit I've missed some pretty big cities).
I'll make it an absolute point to find a Hard Rock and visit their store to select and purchase a really nice pin for my Moms collection.
This was my first time visiting Barcelona and I happened to very conveniently be staying just a few minutes from this location.
It was the very first thing on my to do list once stepping foot outside of my hotel. I beelined there and picked out the cutest Sagrada Família themed pin for her.
Customer service is consistently great at all of their store locations, always friendly. I'm typically in and out within minutes with a small little gift to bring to my Mom.

Thanksgiving dinner 2019 was an epic fail. Go for the life-changing burger or ribs or something a la carte.
Located in the heart of the city center (hold tight to your valuables), parking is available underground at the center of the street via ramp and then 25 steps from the restaurant.
* Small upstairs bar makes for a cozy chummy drink with friends and strangers.
# Long Island IT was sour for my taste but a tradition for thanksgiving dinner.
So why so generous with a third star?

My Hurricane drink was amazing. The Rum punch was just Ok!
We shared two appetizers. Spinach & artichoke which could of been hotter & the sliders which less cooked. The atmosphere was wonderful.

We arrived here on a Monday night at 8:30pm in late August and boy was it busy. A 30 minute wait for a table for two. We went downstairs and sat at the bar and had a drink to kill time. Sara, the bartender was super friendly and helped tell me if any of my favorite rock band had any of their items on the walls. The Cult has a drum set, Jimmy Hendrix and Red Hot Chili Peppers guitars amongst many others. It's not the biggest Hard Rock location but it's pretty cool.
Once seated for dinner, our server was also very friendly and helped us order our meals. He made sure the burgers and fries we ordered were served hot. We also had the beet salad that was fresh. All was very tasty.
A great experience and would not hesitate to return!

I am from Los Angeles so when I have Hard Rock it is on the Hollywood strip. Let me tell you ours is a lot better in terms of flavor and service. I ordered the Chicken Caesar which NEVER fails in flavor at my Hard Rock back home. The salad did not have a lot of dressing and was sadly kind of dry. Why yall cheaping out on dressing for? Does it come out of your paycheck? Lol. For how long we waited just to be seated and then again waiting on our slow server, I expected Hard Rock perfection. Also, our waitress was pretty rude. She left our table multiple times in the middle of helping us to help other tables. Like- you would be mid sentence and she wanders off. Happened at least 4 different times. If it was just once or twice, no biggie I get it this is a tourist attraction you are busy. But nevertheless, just finish with one table before you move to the next it is not rocket science my friend. Dismissive spotty service from this specific waitress, not speaking on all but wow. Bit of an older woman with black short hair. Just absolutely absurd how she kept walking away clearly did not want to deal with our table for some unknown reason. Now I understand why we tip in America, the better the service the more likely you are to get a BIG FAT tip Here in Barcelona nobody seems to care cause all paid the same. :) #socialismsucks

The food was good as usual and our waiter wZ great bit there was a 30 minute wait and it turned into one hour 20 minutes. Once they realized they had mistakenly forgotten us they got us in immediately and got our food to us very quickly. It's a touristy place and they are every where bit we were being tourists so it was perfect.

From time to time, I head to Hard Rock Cafe to grab a bite. It's commendable for its consistency and reliability but hardly worth an uncomfortable wait. The real issue with this visit wasn't the length of the wait but, because of the location so close to Las Ramblas, it was crowded and felt less than secure.

When you walk into a Hard Rock Cafe you probably know what you are going to get, as well as what you will not get. The concept is well known and the menu has not changed that much lately.
This restaurant is not the best representative of HRC, but it is not the worst either. The sandwich I got could have been better, but it was OK. The staff could have been more service minded, but they were OK.
All in all, it's OK here, but that's it.

This being my 3rd visit to Barcelona & having eaten here before, I just stopped off at the Rock Shop to purchase a shot glass & city bottle opener on my visit. The shop was well stocked with pretty much everything standard they have at Hard Rocks & there are 2 shops to handle the masses of tourists who visit this location. Having been to many Hard Rock locations around the world, the one big thing I noticed is that swarms of tourists visit this place, being ideally located at the end of la Rambla...I would have to guess that it probably ranks pretty high up with New York, Orlando, & Las Vegas in sales due to sheer foot traffic, and above the locations in London, Rome, & Paris, which aren't as ideally located within their respective cities.

Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite and I was highly disappointed in how awful the service wise. I've visited many Hard Rock's in the past, having some good experiences such as in Rome, and some bad experiences such as in my home-town of Manchester, while passing I hoped to call in The Hard Rock again to try and get another good one, sadly I was unable to do this.
Inside, the store was up quite a few steps and there seemed to be no back enterence to get in, there was one which I presume they use for deliveries, which was still up steps, and then it was a lift after that.
The staff seemed originally rude and unhelpful, they told me there was no ramp, so there didn't seem to be a way for me to physically get into the building.
Looking on the menu online other than potatoes (mashed, jacket or skins) vegetables, cheese and a few salad sauces, there was basically nothing I could have to suit my gluten free / sin gluten diet so I decided to leave, my decision was supported by the staff not seeming too helpful or too eager to actually get me in the building.
In my opinion, the choice for gluten free is unacceptable and really poor, basically ruling nearly the whole of the menu out, especially for a big chain they should do more, not just to compete with rivals in Barcelona but other branches of the Hard Rock, such as Rome where they had a slightly better choice for gluten free around 18 months ago when I visited that branch.
Due to issues mentioned, mainly with the staff and gluten free situation, I sadly feel this store deserves just a single one star.

Rock Shop and peek-in review only. We were in Barcelona, and we weren't about to waste a meal here lol!
This is a very dark, chic, and modern-looking location at the bottom of a low rise building. By far, nicer than any HRC I've been to. A central host station greets you with two Rock Shops on either side of the restaurant (I love symmetry!) A big square bar sits in the middle of the space with a projected HRC Barcelona logo on the back wall. Be sure to check out the cool guitar "chandelier" above the bar. There are also lots of outdoor sidewalk seating.
The Rock Shops had a nice selection of different t-shirt designs so it was hard to choose as I usually buy just one. Service was friendly.
TIP:
The place is open until 2am. Anyone who has been to Barcelona knows that places here don't start getting busy until 10pm or later. My kind of city!

As Hard Rock is located on the Las Ramblas promenade, a pickup point for some of the tour and excursion buses, I've stopped by here a number of times. Three menu reads "Refined American Cuisine," which term, even to me being a native born American, I find somewhat puzzling. But, in essence basically translates to burgers and fries, some Tex-Mex, chicken wings, pulled pork, club sandwiches, New York strip and cowboy ribeye steaks. I have a few of just about everything here and all I can say for it is OK, being the same as in any other Hard Rock; nothing worthy of any particular note.
The place draws a pretty good crowd, tends to be rather touristy, and oddly enough has for one of its main sellers Hard Rock Café Barcelona t-shirts.
It's definitely not the place you want to go if to absorb any of feelings or cultural that Catalonia has to offer. Like a McDonalds or a Burger King, it's basically very American.

After a long flight, no luggage making it with us and a nap, we stumbled upon HRC. We decided to eat outside since it was a little breezy and we wanted to watch Barcelona go by.
We were greeted promptly, seated and our waiter Agustin quickly took our drink orders. Mike settled for a Cobb Salad and I ordered a plain hamburger well done. The food might have taken a LITTLE long to come but we really had no problem with that. For heaven's sake, we're in Barcelona.
Mike said the salad was delicious and fresh. My hamburger was cooked the way I ordered it. French fries are French fries.
No dessert. Time to explore.

La hamburguesa que a mi esposa más le encanta en Barcelona es la del Hard Rock Cafe. Es buenísima, exquisita, elaborada con meticulosidad. Cada elemento se complementa: pan, carne, queso, ensaladas y la salsa, que destaca como la mejor. Estuve hoy 17/05/2024, con mi marido y un amigo nuestro que nos indico comer allí y la verdad que todo estupendo, la comida, el ambiente, la música buah 😍, hace tiempo que no oigo tan buena música, la decoración súper súper hermosa y sobretodo el excelente servicio prestado por la camarera “INÉS”, una amabilidad y gentileza increíble.
Quiero destacar también la presteza y atención de las chicas que están en la entrada recibiendo las personas que van llegando y como no mencionar el personal de cocina que está detrás del escenario y también una chica de trenzas muy guapa que va de mesa en mesa, preguntando si está todo bien o si hace falta algo a los clientes, en hora buena a todos.

Das Ambiente war sehr friedlich, schön eingerichtet. Das Essen bzw die Burger, hmmmm naja.. etwas trocken und überteuert. Die Pommes waren meeeeeega lecker 🤩 Hatten die mit Käse.
