We booked our tapas tour with Food Lover Company and could not have been more satisfied with our experience. Susana was outstanding! Susana ordered us a variety of different tapas so we could get a broader experience of tastes and of course the accompanying wine or cava. Her food knowledge of tapas was outstanding and selections made this tour memorable for all of us. Her command of the English language and her bubbly, Outgoing personality only made the experience better. We would all highly recommend Food Lover Company and particularly Susana for anyone going to Barcelona wanting to experience the foods and having a local guide to show them the way.

She offers a wonderful way of exploring Barcelona's diverse tapas scene along with wine and drink to pair. Susanna is familiar with loads of local establishments. Her knowledge goes beyond food to - history, culture and more. It's more than just a tour, it's about a relationship with Barcelona!! A must-do adventure when in Spain!!

We had a day to spend in Barcelona while traveling with friends. Upon a recommendation we booked a tour with Food Lovers Company. Susana was truly fantastic. What a wonderful and personal tour. My husband and I had the absolute best experience on our food tour with Susana! She took us to three different places, each with a unique and local twist, where she ordered each restaurant's specialties. Susana was warm, friendly, engaging, and extremely informative, about not only the food and drinks, but also the local history and customs. She even took us on a tour of a local church, where we climbed to the top of the bell tower for amazing views of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Susana, and would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun way to explore the city and experience tons of delicious foods and drinks!

We had a wonderful experience with Food Lovers. Our tour guide, Susana, was incredibly gracious and knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We visited a number of small tapas bars/restaurants where Susana selected food and wine for us to try. All were delicious. As tourists, we would never have discovered these places or had food this authentic and delicious on our own. The walking tour was also very interesting and again, Susana was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. Great value!

Such a lovely experience! Led by a true local, Nuria, we were led through the streets of Old Barcelona and went through what the everyday tapas experience would be like for the locals. Nuria was passionate about sharing the cultural and social context of the restaurants, landmarks, and dishes we ate, which made the tour more immersive and special. Can't recommend it enough!
