Hardee's

My husband and I come to this location all the time from clever. We went this morning 1/30/2022 and we had ordered three meals and with that asked for a side of the sauce that came on one of the sandwiches and all curly fries. We got our food and the sauce and one of the curly fries had been replaced with normal. No big deal we swung back around and they were very sweet and told us to meet them at the window. The girl popped her head out with the sauce and said thanks! Have a good day and shut the window, still no fries so we waited there and then after waiting she came back with another bag and handed them to us again very quickly handed them over and said thanks have a good day. We pull over and start eating and open the bag and they still aren’t curly fries. Don’t get me wrong they were not rude but after a few times still couldn’t get it correct /;

I walk in and go to the counter. The shift manager is at the counter taking on his cell phone. Another employee is working drive thru walking back and forth. I stood there a solid 5 minutes and was not acknowledged by the the manager or the worker. (Hello sir we'll be with you in one minute). Is all I needed. I was literally turning around to leave before I was helped. I'm big on customer service. I don't expect alot just simple pleasant service. And I paid $8 for this... Which wasn't correct. I see no hot honey drizzled on it as the menu showed.
