I purchase all my meat in price cutters. This store has a Starbucks but I don't purchase any of their coffee, so I don't know how good they are.

This is the absolute best Starbucks ever! Springfield stores can't even make my drink taste good. Kayla is a great manager! Reagan is the absolute best! Always a smile on her face! All the girls there are pretty wonderful! Thank you girls for making my addiction to Starbucks more pleasant 😁

I HATE Starbucks! Their coffee tastes burnt, and it costs way too much for anyone with tastebuds and common sense to buy with a clear conscience. I'd rather drink canal water.

The staff is very friendly and make sure to give the best customer service experience! The area is very clean and organized and always stocked.

They do not know their drinks and change the prices around based on what they want to do. After waiting at the register and the three of them telling me to wait a minute so they can finish their conversation, I ordered a snickerdoodle hot chocolate which has white mocha and cinnamon dolce syrup but they tried telling me its actually chai with cinnamon. Even though the Starbucks app says differently, they don't care. They charged me extra and used 2% milk when I asked for oat milk, I cant have regular milk so now I'm feeling sick. If you want your drink made right and better customer service, go to Monett's Starbucks. Aurora's just isn't good.
