Perfect place for chocolate gifts. As soon as you enter you are greeted and treated to a sample. The boxes are wrapped free of charge for gifts. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Went to the Aurora Farms location today with a friend and to my surprise I found myself being followed around the store by what appeared to be the manager. Everywhere I turned there he was so much to the point that if I stood still he stood off to the side watching me. When I moved towards the front of the store he moved to the front window. Needless to say I did not feel comfortable with his actions which was to single out the only black person in the store to follow around as if I was there to steal something. Please train your folks better because it’s not the person you think is looking to steal from your store but just the exact opposite. I will never step foot in a store that does not want or appreciates my business.

Poor quality chocolates and sky high prices. I worked there 9 yrs and I know they are businessmen and not chocolatiers. The pay is poor. No raises. They come out with new products that are ridiculous.

Great place for the best chocolate, pecan turtles, and clusters of all kinds. Unfortunately I can't eat chocolate ( sugar ) anymore but the family enjoyed going there for some fudge.

The most quiet Malley's location I've been to. Small, quiet, great for running in-and-out to pick up some chocolate but I wouldn't consider it to be a destination (like the Lakewood or Mentor ones.)

The chocolate is great, but the ladies at the counter lack customer service and come off pretty rude. I prefer any other location over this one.

I rather enjoy a Malley's Chocolates every now and then. Their milk chocolate is nice and smooth and their dark chocolate is NOT to dry and bitter.

Very good chocolate, I will go out of my way to go to Malley's versus buying Hershey chocolate from the store next door. Try the dark chocolate french mints.
