I get into the drive through line and place the order and everything on the screen is right. I drive up to the first window and pay $17.50 and was given no receipt. I get to the second window, and the lady say, “What” in a rudely fashion. She asks me to repeat my order then says I didn’t order what I ordered. Then she asked for my receipt and I said I wasn’t given one and she tells me “so you don’t know your order.” I asked for a refund and they gave me $14.92 instead of my $17.50 back. The two ladies at second window were very rude and unprofessional.

Seriously ZERO ⭐! I don't know if everyone who works in the drive thru is high or just seriously dumb. The workers are so slow ud think only one person works here to do everything. The cashier asks me, "how much did u give me?" immediately after I gave him the $, I told him the amount and change due and he didn't get it. Food window kept telling me I had a different order. Then I waited for 9mins in a reserved spot waiting for them to bring my food....nothing had to be cooked so explain that one!!!

This location is conveniently located and is easy to get in and out of. The one downside is the lack of directional signage for the drive-thru. Because of this, the drive-thru queues in the parking lot, and blocks people trying to leave. All while a dedicated drive-thru land exists, but nobody uses it or knows it's there.

I ordered through Grubhub. Very simple … a 4pc nugget happy meal and. Quarter pounder with cheese meal. I got the wrong order, or someone else’s order… I called to get the order replace so my son and I can eat lunch and they said they can’t replace the perder and made a big deal about it. After being put on hold the woman on the phone (Liz) said yes come back NOW and get it. I said I was sending someone because my son and I whom the food is for are COVID positive and can’t leave and they made. Big issue about it. Grub hub did refund me but here I am sitting with a very angry 4yo who is hungry and wants his nuggets! Thanks McDonald’s for proving once again this company and location is trash and they don’t care for customer service or satisfaction anymore.
