Been going to Hooters for years now and absolutely love it. Flavor of the wings and shrimp will always be my favorite and never disappoints.

I don't even like leaving reviews for places but this was literally the worst to-go order experience I've ever had!
Ordered 20 shrimp and 10 wings and had to wait AN HOUR past the time they said it would be done. Kept checking in with the staff and they just kept telling me "should be a few more minutes" even though people who came in and placed orders got their food before me. It's clear that they just lost my order.
They didn't even offer me anything to make up for the poor service. This isn't the first experience I've had like this with this Hooters but it'll more than likely be the last...

Today 8-3-21 , i show up at the Fox Valley restaurant and i wait approximately ten minutes at 445 in the afternoon before i’m greeted. Employees walking past me during the whole ten minutes , nobody makes eye contact or says hello can i help you. After being ignored the young lady behind the counter greets me and ask if i have a reservation, i say no and its just me, she states they only seat reservations after four pm . The restaurant didnt seem that busy and there were several tables on my left side open. Well needless to say Outback Steak House up the street gladly took my my money and provided great service as I entered the front doors.

Building dreary, not enough bartenders behind the bar and wings arrived late, just not a space and place i wanna go back

Have not been here in a while. Today reminded me why. Chicken is bland (although it seemed fresh) very greasy. Our apps came AFTER our meal. Ate 20% of it. It's just.....meh.
There's a lot of better ways to spend $50 for dinner.
No comment from mgmt will push us to come back. It's just not good quality food. Place feels old and run down. Waitresses were fine (as in talent) but the food is avg at best. Lots of regret from our stomachs as I type this.

Despite girls are cute, they're rude. Disappointed on the service here. Food is below average. I'd go to any other restaurant bar and get better wings... same beer and better service.

Don’t order for delivery!!! Missing food items what I paying for it. !!!! No good service in this Hooters , confidentially in Florida is way better service!!!! And I know how supposed be !!! I used it working in Hooters as line cook to shift manager. Thank you and I wish to this local Hooters better improvement in future.
