McDonald’s Exec- Guys, I have a new way to raise our profits! McD board members- go on, tell us! Exec- we charge for the med to large upsell, BUT!!!! We leave the actual product medium! And a added bonus, when they ask for dipping sauce… wait for it! WE DONT GIVE THEM ANY!!!!! Moooo ahhhhhh mooo ahhhh….anyways must be really hard to take an order to 3 things and put them in a bag and then give it to me and have it be correct. I’m so tired. So very tired.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's!! I would give 0 stars if I could! You would think being in a nicer area people would take pride; sadly not here! I went in to order a couple Happy Meals and a Quarter Pounder and was met with rude, screaming, disrespectful brats who I assumed attended Cherokee Trails High School. Not only were they running around like caffeine laced toddlers on the playground, they were throwing food all over the place, including on each other! The McDonald's staff were all standing around either on their phones or talking to each other, plus there was a security guard (what restaurant needs a security guard?!) standing there and you could tell he was getting pretty upset with the way things were being handled. I left without ordering and do not plan on returning.

Ok so get this. Im out here in the mcd ordered my food and did not order a drink. I did not order a water cup but I asked for one and the guy I asked said, “ no we don’t give out water cups” I thought he was joking bc who doesn’t give out water cups. Then I made another transaction so I could order a water cup (which is on the menu) and he did not give me it. Anyways I legit just wanted a water but homie just decided he was McDonald’s Jesus.

Lol got breakfast here and went to eat my hash brown and someone took a whole bite out of it. I called and said that and the manager Sue said she was there all morning and that i was likely lying. Like okay why would i lie about this? it's a 2 dollar hash brown. If you like other people eating your food, then this is the best spot!

On 12/23/21 at approx 10:15pm I went through the drive through. Guy who took my order read the order back and it was exact. Got to the window and I was short a French fry. I told them it was missing and the rude lady who just shoved my food through the window, was mad because I asked about it. Gave her my receipt and she threw it and said “I’m going home” and walked away. What is wrong with people? Then after leaving I discovered I was missing another item. If you don’t like your job, bye!
