Chipotle Mexican Grill

They will forget almost everything on your order even if you order ahead online. Want a burrito? You will get a bowl full of whatever ingredients. Do you not waste your money at this location. They started cleaning their food cooking equipment at 8pm when they close at 10pm so they decided to not include tortillas with my "Burrito" since they were cleaning early.

I always order from this location but today was the last time. I placed an online order and it was so sloppy. My bowl didn’t have any rice or queso sauce (I paid extra for it) it only had five pieces of chicken. My chips burly had any chips in there, it was less then half of the bag. My red salsa spilled all over the bag. Called the store a few times but no one answers. I can’t go back until I get off work.

By far the absolute worst Chipotle!!! Super super slow employees, everyone from the kitchen to the register. Nobody knew what was going on!! Literally took 30 minutes for us to walk in order and get our food. You all need to shut it down and start completely over with actual trained employees who want to work. Horrible!!!!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this is probably the absolute worst experience I have EVER had in a public setting. To start, I used the restroom while waiting for my food Because I put in an online order and the toilet was clogged already when I walked in BUT that’s not even the bad part. I looked around to see if there was something I could use or something I could do because I knew working in this kind of environment as a young person Before that someone was gonna have to clean this up, however that was not possible. So out of courtesy to alleviate this situation getting worse or someone else getting upset, I pulled the cashier aside and gave him a heads up. He proceeded to tell me that I was the one who clogged the toilet and I was “nasty” and then repeated it louder and turned to his coworkers and in the direction of other customers and said “Hey this girl just clogged the toilet! She’s nasty!” I did my best to still convey I was just trying to help. Almost in tears and out of sheer and utter embarrassment I said nothing, quickly took my food and left. I feel like I could speak for anyone that this is 100% not acceptable. I even tried to call and speak with management the next day because I live in the area and now feel like I have to go far if I ever want to have chipotle again in effort to avoid further humiliation if someone recognized me from this incident, but was told “the manager is not coming today” and hung up on. So I guess word of advice, If possible I’d avoid coming to this particular location because anyone who’s willing to act like that and feels like it’s acceptable around other co-workers, that’s probably not the only inappropriate behavior going on there and don’t know how much I would trust someone like that making my food.

The staff were very nice, and the food tasted very good. But the size of the burrito was small compared to what I have bought before at Chipotle. Would not have been a huge deal except I had planned on sharing with my mom a single burrito and did not check it till she got back to the hospital. Otherwise it was a good experience.
