Not amused! Ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight and rather than remaking a pizza they messed up there is a small cup of uncooked pepperoni in a to-go cup set on the side. Guess it’s time to to go the competitor down the street, Dion’s.

Placed an online order and have been waiting for more than an hour the employees are not able to tell me when my pizza will be ready. Myself along with about 8 other customers who have been waiting just as long if not longer just walked out of the store. Avoid this place at all costs! I’ll be sticking with my reliable Domino’s and Pizza Hut that I know I can get my pizza in a timely manner.
Edit: I’ve already made a complaint via the website
Something other than a generic response would be helpful.

This place is HORRIBLE! I should have learned last time I ordered and my delivery took over 2 hours! So I tried it again, and I'm at an 1:45:00. I understand deliveries get delayed, but I might have well flown to Sicily to get a pizza. I'm still waiting, and maybe it'll show, eventually. Thus us the last time and if you are SMART, avoid this place delivering your pizza unless you have 3 hours to wait around. Oh, forgot to add after 2HOURS, my pizza never showed up even after being told 2x that it was on the way.. I'll drive and grab me something else rather than wait on this mess.

Great place, fast and friendly. The food is fresh and was really good with one exception. The pizza was a bit greasy. It was still🔥 tho. The meatball bake was NOT what I thought it would be. I suggest getting a loaf of Italian bread and making meatball sandwiches out of it.

They've had some consistency and inventory issues lately, but it's getting better. Difficult times for a lot of businesses. Still the best pizza and wings in the area by far. Update: Last few orders have been fantastic. Thanks for actually listening to customer feedback!

Not impressed. Pizza was cold and not good. They added toppings to an already cooked pepperoni pizza and then reheated the pizza.

I finally found a great gluten free pizza. The taste and texture is there, but man its pricey. I get that GF is a little more expensive, but its nearly $25 for a 12' pizza.
On a separate note, the two tables next to me both got sat after me, and all had their pizzas out (3 of them) before mine was brought to the table. If the gluten free pizza is going to take longer, due to your GF process or whatever it may be, please inform your customer. I was by no means unhappy with my sever, she was attentive and kind, but was kinda annoyed that two other tables food came out way before mine.

I ordered a Meatball sub I’m not surprised, it was nothing there I opened it up no joke it had 8 very small meatballs, looks like they dipped the bread in sauce on the out side only, guess we will start making our own…
