We had a wonderful experience here, they had a harpist playing while we ate dinner. The bistro steak sandwich was absolutely amazing!!!! And sweet potatoe fries were so good too! Would definitely recommend checking it out!

Really enjoyed my stop at 2nd Street Bistro. No expectations going in. Service and food were very good. The food took some time, but it was all freshly prepared as far as I could tell. Freshly cut fries, steak and toast. Great tasting. Also a fun selection of sodas from Wisconsin.
NB. More a bar with tables and booths, but that's all you need with good food.

Warm atmosphere, great Server! Food was fantastic, perfect portions and the food presentation was wonderful. The Chef draws out the flavors...will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend bringing your taste buds and savoring a meal at the 2nd Street Bistro :)

Best vibes in Ashland. Absolutely laid back yet attentive staff in Michael. The music was A+ too! Limited beer selection but they have some good ones. Good wine selection! Great location. Restaraunts like this are what we need more of! Oh yea food was fantastic and came out super quick.

Made a quick visit to pick up a menu and see the restaurant. Cute place ... booths on one wall ... tables in the main room. Nice bar.
Met Paul, owner with his wife; I enjoyed the conversation.

I highly recommend! Owners were so kind. Food was absolutely delicious. Sangria was amazing, seafood chowder was incredible and I could eat the wild mushroom bruschetta every day for the rest of my life. I went twice in one week and there was lovely harp music the second time. Pricey, but worth it.

Highly recommend dining in this place is so cute. The vibes calm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious. We both had steak sandwiches and shared the duck wontons very tasty. Will be back!

Service was a little slow but the music was a nice touch. I got the crab cake sandwich and upgraded french fries for $2. Crab cake sandwich was not the best I've had in the world and would probably not get it again. For a $2 up charge for French fries I was expecting more than just a small handful of fries. Really disappointed because I had high hopes for this place. There was four of us in our group and the waiter refused to split the check for us so he said the best he could do was to take the total bill and divide it by four. I wound up paying more for my meal this way then if he would have just split it per order. Definitely not on my list too return to anytime soon.
