I have been hearing stories about TJs for years, how good it was. Well I tried it last night, what a disappointment. I had a reservation for 7pm, still had to wait for a table. The meal was decent, but the service was terrible. I do not remember the server's name but she had no personality and was rude. We asked to have our bill on 3 seperate checks and she comes back with 2 checks and then splits it on a napkin.

TJ's Food and Spirits catered our Natick High Class of 1970 reunion/ 70th birthday party last night. The appetizers, entrees, coffee station and the servers (Mark and Marco) were extraordinary. The quality and taste of the food was wonderful. Price was very reasonable.Many of the people in attendance made a point to tell me how great the food was. And quantity was was well above adequate. We donated the extra food to the AMVETS to be served to veterans. Completely satisfied. Thank you TJ's Barbara

Best a la carte/platter catering I've ever had!! I ordered on a Wednesday morning for a Thursday noon pickup, and while there were things they could not prepare due to the pandemic, I was soo grateful they took my order on such short notice! Very easy curbside pickup as well. I got it for my 15-person team at the drug store I manage, and they wiped everything out for lunch, dinner, and taking some home for later! The star of the show was surprisingly the chips they provided with the hummus - they look suuuper crunchy, but actually were flaky and melt-in-your-mouth!! The next time I'd like to reward my team like this, I'll definitely be calling T.J. first 😊

Dine in tavern fare at affordable competitive prices for both food and wide variety of “cocktails”. Not your average tavern food. Example, rack of lamb in Specials tonight, along with their usual hand made burgers with their TJ’s inspired twists. Physical space is 2 halves generally with 4 quarters specifically. The “old half” and the “new half”. The quarters: the original cafeteria style older, quieter tables (older folks ( like me ) and families) then the updated sports bar room side ( younger adults and “blue collar” (again like me) a rear bar in the added room with large windows, and forth, the outside porch, weather permitting. TJ’s notable for being here many decades, supporting community events with food. It’s clear they own the property outright and therefore the food is affordable - no mortgage to pass on to the customer (my own perspective, true or not). TJ’s has a steady “fan base” and doesn’t need to tell the world it’s a great local place to go whenever you want to eat out.
