Panda Express

Umm, HELLO PANDA! I used to live on Tunnel Road, so I have seen this location at its absolute worst. However, we decided to give it another shot this past Black Friday and WOW! We ate inside and I gotta tell you… this Panda blew every other fast food joint out of the water. I loved the food, the employees, and how CLEAN it all was. The bathrooms were amazing! Kuddos Panda on Tunnel Road! You are doing something very right!

I eat here about once a week and I have never had a bad customer service experience! Whoever the manager is deserves a raise! The employees are always smiling and seem happy to be there! Great job to you guys for creating such a great working environment! Only one recommendation, bring back black pepper chicken!!

Ok, I'm from California. And I love Panda Express. So I was quite excited about seeing this place on my route through Asheville. I've been to many. But I must say, this was the nicest one I've ever been to. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. (Although it was very busy my server was very attentive to me. She didn't rush me. And was very very helpful.) (Thank you). And the atmosphere, well... It was very clean! The dining room was arranged very well. The seating was very comfortable. (And this may be strange to comment on, but even the dining room music was pleasurable.) After my great meal; at a great price may I add, I went up and complemented the manager. Felix I believe his name was. He was very nice; very pleasant. All in all a great dining experience. Thank you, Michael

Ashville has some serious hidden gems, even chain restaurants are in the mix!! THIS LOCATION IS LITERALLY THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO ENTER. I wish I would have taken the time to get the names of the staff because they deserve recognition. THE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION COULD BE EASILY BE PASSED AS GOURMET. Management/counter staff was courteous and immediately attended to me as soon. As I came in. Food was packed and INDIVIDUALLY LABELED which I have never seen at any other location I've been too. This panda has a very special place in my foodie heart🥰

This location off tunnel road always has fresh food. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. I have been craving the orange chicken and have tried so many places but now I have found the place to go. I enjoyed the thickness of the tempura chicken here and the spring rolls were perfect. My wife ordered general chicken and I loved that too. Parking was very spacious and bathrooms are very clean with hand sanitizer. This spot is right up the road from my work place so I will frequent this location for lunch here. The prices are reasonable. They have a big dine in area. Great service, they were busy and still greeting every customer who walked in. The new crispy almond chicken was worth the wait. Cooks were trying their best to keep up with the demands of the customer's. They even asked my family and I if we needed help to feel free to ask them for anything. The clients were really friendly and they even had random calls from their security systems to check if they're ok. They are very kind and very nice! This location is probably the best one near the Asheville mall and trust me when I say this. The staff here very professional and treat every customer with respect! Not to mention their food is very delicious! 5 Stars, no doubt.I will be back!!!!! My new favorite place is New Panda it's very clean, the food well displayed, the staff wear masks are polite and helpful.
