They were a little backed up tonight with online orders, but they were very quick and friendly.
The food was great and the people were professional and efficient. They all need a dollar or two raise. Good people at this location. They work hard and care.

I came to Wendy’s drive thru in Asheville NC on Thursday Sept 28th, 2023 @ 2:45 pm. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my service, the efficiency, accuracy, quality & my overall experience! I used to hate going to this Wendy’s because the line would be so long and service sucked! But whoever is working there now & management! Big props to y’all! I know how hard fast food and customer service is! All of you who were working this Thursday afternoon shift, y’all rock & know you’re do an excellent job & you are seen!
I had a decent sized order and it was all correct and came out within a minute! I was in complete shock when I checked those bags & everything I had asked specifically for was in there!
Btw the pumpkin spice frosty is off the charts amazing! 😍🎃 don’t get it y’all.. you’ll get addicted 🤣

The Wendy's on Merrimon Avenue is 10x better than the one in Weaverville. Clean, quick service, polite staff, and food served hot.

Great service!! Order was correct, food that needed to be hot - was hot 👍, and my salad was fresh and prepared well. The young man, Nick, at the front greeted us and did a great job taking our order and getting it out to us quickly!! Will stop by again in the future, for sure!

Great salads! You also get optional bag o almonds! Over 20 kinda of sodas. Got service with a smile & ate inside in a very clean table area! Well done ✅!

Today my child had surgery and wanted fries before lunch was available. The staff went above and beyond to serve my child and it meant a lot. Thank you.

Decided to drop in for a buy one get one free burger. It's been a long time. I can say that for $5 it is almost as good as the $12 burgers in the restaurants in Asheville.

When I say there are some great people that work here, I mean there are some GREAT people that work here. Even when you have a screaming baby in the car they are doing their best to help. I'm still just thankful that they were so understanding. Going above and beyond was just icing in the cake.
