It was the clerk's very first day and both she and the gentleman mentoring her were such a pleasure. Not only are our sandwiches PERFECT but they were extremely friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. This might just be our new favorite jersey mikes location! ❤️

Casey waited on us last night at Jersey Mike’s on Hendersonville Road. I could not ask for a nicer young man he went above and beyond anything anyone should do. I told him I was getting a sub for my niece in the hospital and he took care of it himself and would not let me pay for hers. And the stage not many people are so kind to do such a thing. I just want to say thank you to Jersey Mike’s for hiring wonderful people like Casey. It was my first trip to a Jersey Mike’s ever and I will be back again and again and I will send everyone I know and Asheville to see Casey on Hendersonville Road to Jersey Mike’s

I don't go to Jersey Mike's too often but this experience made me want to leave a review. Casey made my sandwich and had a very pleasant conversation with me the entire time. The store was packed and he spent the time to make sure I was taken care of. Employees like this are hard to find!!! Keep it up Casey and nice job finding him Jersey Mike's!

First time at Jersey Mike's, expected another Subway but was wrong. Great food, reasonable price, and great service. Also good menu for low carb diets!

Fast and friendly service. I've been to a few different Jersey Mike's in NC, this was my first time at this location and the quality is a gold standard! I appreciate the cleanliness of this location both in the front and back of house. I can always rely on a good fresh sub from these guys.
