Food was good. Dining room was closed due to under staffed so we drove thru . Food took a little longer but it was hot so didn't mind the wait until the cashier got mad at us for pulling up and she had to walk 10 feet. I'd still go back for the food.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered 1 order on line but for reason it printed out 3 orders and I was charged for them. They would not take the food back and give me a credit. Said I would have to go back on line and request a refund. So I left, went home with all that food $64 worth. Tried to find a way to request a refund but no luck. Tried to get in touch with customer service but couldn’t talk with anyone. Called corporate office only got voice mail to leave a message. I did, no response!
I have never known of a business where the manager had no authority to help a customer in this kind of situation! Will never do business there again!!!!’
Be careful ordering on line here. Never had this problem anywhere else.

Haven't been to a ljs in some years but have always been a fan. This location the dining room is never opened so I kinda refused to ever go because I hate drive thrus but it was fathers Day and we couldn't make up our minds on where to eat so we ended up in the line...I was totally impressed! Food was fresh and good and we had alot of orders and they got each one correct and gave us plenty of tartar! The lady working the window was awesome! I'll definitely go back.
