Great Service and friendly employees. The line moved right along, no one had to wait long and it was very busy! The bathroom was clean, that's always a plus. Jen was especially friendly and professional...very smiley! Overall a pleasant experience. Yum coffee ice cream!!!!

This place has the best ice cream EVER!!! The staff there are so great, and the manager remembers us by name when we come in. She's so personable and goes the extra mile to give exceptional customer service. We give them two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

Omg!!! We are from Las Vegas and drove 46 miles total to just get Cold stone. Staff was awesome. Very clean. And did not disappoint. Love!

Great ice cream and dessert options with a Blimpie sub place inside too. They were out of brownies when we arrived maybe 45 til closing though.

Get ice cream love it on problem I have is it seems cold stone in Asheville is ok with letting homeless sex offenders speel in the parking lot in front of there store and let them use there restroom keep a close eye on your children if you go there
