Waffle House

I have never been to Waffle House before I came to this location. I came in for take out and sat at the food ‘bar’ watching the entire exchange between and employees and the lead (and only cook). I was fascinated. The cook was putting out orders, telling employees when he need them to do something to assist him to keep the food line moving. I was impressed and grateful and gave him well deserved compliments to which he was so humble and had an ‘aw, shucks, thank you’ response. I tipped him accordingly and the waitress taking the order (clearly he’s not used to that). His humbleness and also skills is something to be admired - what a sweet man and hard worker. I was and am impressed (I’ve been back a couple of times craving hash browns!). The kitchen area was immaculate and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. Well done, kind, humble, hard working, sir. I wish this kind of service and commitment was more prevalent at every place I encounter and my experience was certainly wildly different from what you see in the news about Waffle house.

Loved this place! Madison was our server both times my husband and I visited this location (for breakfast and dinner). Madison was so friendly and hardworking. The entire crew at this location was nice and served us pretty quickly even though it was busy. Good food for a good price and great service!
