The cashier was amazing! She was happy and smiling and made sure our order was correct (I wanted tuna and kept saying chicken😵💫). She cleaned if the register was empty, truly professional.

First time here. Had the half steak and cheese and French onion soup. Both were amazing. Will have to come back again and try another sandwich. Had a hard time deciding what I wanted to try. Everything sounded delicious 😋

We showed up at 11:30 with our high school girls volleyball team to eat before a game. The staff didn't miss a beat making sure that everyone in our group got their order along with all the other customers. Our food was great, just as you would expect from Panera.

Very good service from a kind and patient clerk named Greg. He was able to assist us with answers about items on the menu, and to offer suggestions when an item we wanted wasn't served at that time.
Once the order was made. We eat inside and it wad a pleasant atmosphere no load kitchen noise and the employees all seemed to be content about their jobs.
This makes for a great customer experience 👍.

Was my first time at a Panera bread, the restaurant had a very welcoming feel to it. I feel that I got a great deal. I ordered the chicken and rice soup with a bread bowl and baguette for my side. I only paid 7.56 which I felt was reasonable. I also got a yogurt super fruit smoothie and paid 5.95 for that. I felt that the price for it was a bit high. It input comes in one size and the size seems small. The lady who checked me out was kind of disengaged, she even checked her phone while waiting on me which in my opinion is a no no in customer service field. I gave 4 stars not 5 because of the customer service.

This was my first time eating at Panera and it was absolutely amazing. My friend told me about their turkey bacon sandwich and that's what we both got. Omg we will definitely be going again and telling everyone about it!!! If you like fresh food this is it!! Great, calm, clean environment with amazing service all around! I highly recommend this place to any and everyone!! We also got the dessert but i forgot to take a picture of it, it was so good!
