Lots of fun ice cream options. Custom combinations with limitless options. Restrooms available. Chocolate shop with good variety & also caramel apples. Waffle cones & bowls available. Seasonal offerings. Less than 5 stars only because of how dirty it was. Tables filthy & badly in need of wiping down. There are only two small tables.

A group of us came in and were greeted quite enthusiastically by someone that I assumed was a manager. He was super friendly! I realized after leaving that I wasn’t charged for extra toppings, which usually happens at a Cold Stone. When I looked at the menu, it said extra toppings were $0.00… I think that is a really nice thing to do. I was satisfied with my ice cream!

Cold Stone has my favorite ice cream of anywhere I’ve been. This place is amazing, all the people leaving bad reviews are just snobby people who can’t be pleased. I’ve been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Please don’t ever close this store, there isn’t another Cold Stone anywhere in western North Carolina. I would be absolutely crushed. Thank you for all the delicious ice cream!

I pick up my cake to day I love it this is 4 time I got cake from them not over phrist berry good cake love them many many different designs to pick from.I wish I can post a pic I love the cake I will recommend any one I know to get the ice cream cake from them.I love my cakes thank you. You are awesome cake makers.

Great Ice cream! This store is very safe with this pandemic, you'll always see an employee wearing a mask, and they won't let people in if they don't have a mask. They are also really fast with the ice cream mixing depending on who you get, and there are a lot of options for stuff to mix inside your ice cream!

We had just gone to a free movie sponsored by AARP & were also given a free ticket for a scoop of ice cream at coldstone. We asked what we were supposed to get with it, since other people in our group were getting more than the free ones. I was told "any flavor ice cream & 1-2 mixins". I asked for salted chocolate caramel ice cream & toffee. But the server just gave me chocolate. I asked her if that was the salted caramel and she scooped it up and threw it in the trash. The server that waited on my husband didn't tell him he could have any mixins so he just got plain ice cream. I know they were overwhelmed with the number of people that came in the shop at one time, but since they're just down the sidewalk from the theater, you'd think they were used to it. AARP should have told us what we were able to get with the ticket, so they didn't have to keep explaining it to each of us. But, the ice cream was delicious!!
