On a cold winter night a feverish dreamscape of wild lights and textures, cozy nooks, infrared lamps and spiced sake, loved the professional bartenders with a well earned attitude for the exasperating tourists.

I’ve been to Ben’s numerous times and was kinda indifferent about it until this past weekend. There was a super drunk guy being weird towards my friends and I while we were dancing and making us uncomfortable. I told the bartender and my friend told the bouncer and they IMMEDIATELY handled it and threw him out. They were so nice to my friends and I and apologized. They handled it so well and promptly, I have so much respect for this bar now.

The atmosphere is amazing, we came on a weekend evening, the place is lit up in a very chill vibe, love it. There was amazing live music. You can sit outside or inside. Lots of space. You have to go to the bar to order, it's kinda self serve. We had sake, it was good.

I came here drunk on a Wednesday night and they supplied exactly what i needed. Delicious and reasonably priced beers! I had the wonton nachos and french fries and they were delicious. They also had the weirdest bathroom layout that I’ve ever seen. It made me uncomfortable… but i kind of liked it?

The atmosphere was awesome, saki was top notch, and the music was hitting. I'd definitely go back to try the food cause it smelled so good.

What a fun spot for American sake and fusion food. Loved the casual vibes and quick service. Open-air space and shaded for sunny days.

We had an amazing time at Ben's Tune Up, the only sake brewery and Asian-American fusion restaurant in Asheville. The place has a great vibe and a cool urban beer garden. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh, and the portions were generous. The sake was smooth and refreshing, and they had a variety of flavors to choose from. I would highly recommend Ben's Tune Up to anyone looking for a fun and unique dining experience in Asheville. It is a great place for any occasion, whether it is a date night, a family outing, or a solo adventure. We will definitely come back again soon.

Great casual spot for a bit of sake indulgence! The bar staff are friendly and professional, and the eclectic clientele is a perfect slice of Asheville. There's plenty of seating for groups without sacrificing charm or intimacy.

Wonton nachos hit the spot later in the evening. Bartenders were friendly. We relaxed in the beer garden area which was great for our dog. Lots of space, and not too many folks there as we went on a Wednesday night.

Great atmosphere food and drinks. We tried several dishes including the dumplings, sesame noodles and nachos. The nigori was nice.
