Title: A Perfect Culinary Adventure in Asheville! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: Bone and Broth is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Asheville. During our girls' trip, we stumbled upon this culinary haven, and it turned out to be the highlight of our Saturday night adventure. From the moment we stepped in, we knew we were in for a treat. First and foremost, let's talk about the drinks. They were simply amazing! Our bartender, Mike, went above and beyond to create masterful concoctions that perfectly complemented our meal. His expertise and creativity shone through in every sip. Whether it was a classic cocktail or an innovative fusion, each drink was crafted with precision and delivered an explosion of flavors. The customer service at Bone and Broth was truly top tier. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome and treated us like VIPs throughout the evening. From recommendations on the menu to accommodating our dietary preferences, they effortlessly catered to our every need. The staff's passion for their craft and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience was evident in every interaction. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, the food! It was nothing short of sensational. The menu showcased a tantalizing array of dishes, each bursting with creativity and artistry. Every bite was a culinary adventure, taking our taste buds on a journey we won't soon forget. The flavors were bold, the presentation was exquisite, and the quality of ingredients was evident in every dish. Bone and Broth truly exceeded our expectations. Not only did it live up to the hype, but it also surpassed it, leaving us in awe of the entire experience. The combination of exceptional drinks, top-notch customer service, and mind-blowing food made our visit unforgettable. It was the perfect way to round out our girls' trip in Asheville. If you find yourself in Asheville and crave a dining experience that will leave you speechless, make sure to visit Bone and Broth. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. It's a culinary journey you'll cherish long after you leave.

I'm from out of town, looking for a place close to my Airbnb. The wine special Threads, was a good blend, and paired well with the duck. The waiter was no help... I had to ask if it was a red or white, then got the description from him. The frites were nothing to write home about, but they never are. I saw pumpkin and sweet potato puree served with another dish and asked for a side of that... now that was delicious! I also got a Manhattan which was outstanding! I would definitely serve the side salad on a separate cold plate. The duck breast was a little small, but that's neither here nor there. It was slightly over cooked, but still tender and delicious with the little sweet cup of some kind of pepper syrup? I asked for medium rare. I was not offered dessert. The staff I interracted with were stiff, no smiles, attentive, but I could tell they were just going through the motions. The menu items all look amazing! I'll be back for the rabbit gnocchi!

It was our first time in Asheville and we were in the mood for a good steak. There was something that stood out when I looked up Bone & Broth so I went with my gut and I'm happy I did. Love the ambiance here. The service was absolutely stellar from beginning to end. My GF ordered a Rib Eye while I tried out their KC Strip and both were cooked to perfection. I personally like my steaks medium to medium rare and they nailed it! While the steaks were the true gem of this meal, it is worth mentioning their tomato soup. It was rainy, cloudy day so it was perfect for a deliciously sweet & creamy tomato soup. Lastly I'll mention the Bourbon Pecan Pie. That first bite into a soft but still crunchy slice with some vanilla ice cream to contrast the flavor was delicious. Next time I'm in Asheville, definitely looking to come back!

Can’t say enough about how much we LOVED this place. The food was spectacular — we had the chicken chimichurri, the wedge salad and the tortellini. Our waiter, Steve, was fantastic — funny, personable and quick service !!! We were celebrating my moms 60th birthday trip that had been postponed a few times so it was well past her actual birthday but he still gave us a dessert of our choosing free of charge. Couldn’t recommend this place enough to locals and visitors alike.

Big fan! The dim-lit, yet modern interior created an exciting ambience for our dinner. Would be great for a date, or dinner out with friends. We had a group of 12 and service was solid. A bit slow at times, but overall super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Impressive variety on the menu ranging from pastas, to burgers to steaks. Truly something here to satisfy all cravings! Lamb chops are pictured and were excellent. You have to get the beef and blue frites to start.

My wife and I have visited Asheville from Knoxville at least a dozen times, and this was our best dining experience yet. Our server, Rose, was exceptional. The tab was a good value considering the quality of the food, the wine, the ambiance, and service. We will definitely be back.

A return visit to this restaurant with our visiting parents showcased both highs and a small hiccup. The crispy Brussels sprouts and deviled eggs lived up to their reputation – fantastic starters. Main courses included trout, salmon, shrimp and grits, and a burger. While most were delightful, the shrimp and grits missed the mark with eccentric flavors that clashed and an overly pickly taste. Desserts – panna cotta, cheesecake, and pecan pie – were exceptional, though we had to take them home due to full stomachs. Special mention to Rose, our hostess, whose impeccable service elevated our experience. Despite the minor hiccup, this restaurant remains a favorite. We'll be back soon.

I chose Bone and Broth to have dinner because I wanted a dry aged steak. I have some observations and opinions about this restaurant. First, I was able to pick my seat through a reservation. I had a nice seat by the window on the street. Note that to make reservations you have to make it using your credit card. The service was first class. The bar has several infused liqours and even the fruit in the cocktail was infused. I ordered a whiskey sour with a house whiskey infused with ginger and blackberry. It was phenomenal. To start, I ordered veal roast broth with fresh bread. It was the best broth I've ever had. The bread came from the bakery next door. While eating the broth, I ordered a 14 oz, 40 day dry aged, Kansas City Strip. It comes with mashed potatoes that were excellent and broccoli. I substituted the broccoli for a side salad. All the sides are priced equally so the switch was easy. The side sald did not have one defect on the plate. Every piece of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber were perfectly fresh and cut. The steak was cooked to perfection. My only complaint is I like a seasoned steak. This steak was for the beef purest. However, the chef offers a sauce with your steak. I had hunter's sauce which is a mushroom gravy which compensated for the lack of seasoning.

What an awesome place. Our waiter Rose was phenomenal. She was attentive, knowledgeable and made our overall dinner experience great! We split the wedge salad which was yummy and big enough to share. We both got steak, but I got the filet with the chimichurri sauce. The sauce was amazing. For dessert we had the cheesecake. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back. Check them out 🖤
