We had to wait for our tortillas to be prepared and then had to wait longer for them to cook the grilled chicken. We were there around dinner time so there’s no reason they shouldn’t have chicken ready. Crunchy rice, very watery red enchilada sauce, and the smallest side of guacamole ever for $0.99. We won’t be going back.

Called because my door dash order was made incorrectly and Elecia the employee who answered was beyond rude and when I said I would put a complaint in with door dash she promptly hung up on me. Called back and asked for a manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes with no end in site. Does this look like an appetising order of nachos?

Best green chilies and sweet pork burritos. Also, one of the few burrito places to offer re fried beans. You cant get that at Qdoba or Chipotle.

I've been to this restaurant at a different location and the food was amazing the nachos are huge!! But this location looks bad for the company they had horrible service there was 4 people in the back and no one wanted to help us. They had no tortillas and we're running out of chips for the nachos. Also after I asked for the salsa on side on my nachos she then put all the tops in tiny little cups. It took forever if you enjoy this restaurant DO NOT go to this location it will ruin the resti for you🚫🚫🚫🚫

Just tried them for the first time! It was delicious. Everything was super fresh! You can tell the products are quality! We got the sweet pork burrito, rasberry chicken salad and a small beef bowl! Everything was delicious. Don't miss out on the mango salsa! Excellent. A few workers even came up to us and asked if we liked the food!

I went in for lunch on 2/23. I could tell immediately my family of 5 that came to eat seemed to be a burden on the staff taking and preparing our order. It seemed they definitely felt there were better things to do. I figured certainly the food has got to be better than the service we received. Sadly it got worse. The steak was rubbery and hardly cooked, everything was undercooked from the steak to the rice and beans. Guac is smashed avocado and diced tomato. Save your money, for my family of 5 it is not cheap to eat out. Unfortunately it was a waste of $70. Five thumbs down all across the family.

Delicious! I had a burrito - shredded beef. The homemade tortillas are fantastic. The cilantro lime rice is to die for. The beef was great. The sauces were incredible. Yummy, Yummy, Yummy. Will definitely visit again. (Based on another reviewer's comments, I hope they are changing their gloves after touching money because if they aren't, I definitely will NOT visit again...but it sounds like that's been addressed).
This is WAY better than Chipotle, so don't listen to the other reviewer!!

I have no problems with the food or what it tastes like, other than the fact that I found hair in my food twice after going here. No my problem is with the staff at this location, for one it seems like they can't even handle one family at a time let alone a whole group of people, for two the employees aren't attentive and you can tell that most of them don't care. Its disappointing as I enjoy Costa Vida and would go here more often if not for the staff. This particular location needs some serious guidance and so do the managers and employees.
