Food is great here. But double check the order. Its one of the place severely understaffed or got the high school teen kids working. Order always gets messed up. Have to double check it. Ultimate burger, curly fries, large diet coke. You are all set. Get one of their smoothies in the evening. Best refreshing drink I ever had. Always great food and clean restaurant.

Typical Jack in the box restaurant. All the food is okay. Went through the drive thru and it took the appropriate amount of time to get through the line. Like I said food was ok. Fries better than most, but still not McDonald's fries. Man those are good. Too bad the other food at McDonald's sucks really bad. Anyway, Jack is Jack.

Worst J.I.T.B. ever. No shakes(as usual) fries were gross, and the staff was horrible. When we tried to address the issues with the cashier, she walked off then came back and acted like we didn't say anything. Then we asked for a manager and an obviously too young guy came to speak with me. Said that they turned off the ice cream machine because they were closing and it wasn't working properly anyway. I only come here for the shakes, so I don't really have any reason to return here ever again. You should avoid it like the plague too, if you are smart.

Showed up at 12 and said drive open till 2...yeah that wasn't true as the people were walking out the store! Also went back bc it was the closest store to me and put my order in. They didn't have my order right when they asked and when I told them my order they acted surprised and said they don't have that order! Told them my order and said we don't have that...anyone with a brain would be hold on a sec....oh yeah we got that going I'm sorry I must of misunderstood you! Just get worse and worse.
