Chick-fil-a

This is a team!! I came in to have lunch and coincidentally sat facing the staff. There were at least 12 people working and they all played a part at making everything efficient. 2 members taking out orders to customers. 1 member in the dine in area to make sure it stayed clean. 3 members at the registers taking orders, greeting customers, and saying goodbye. At least 4 members at the pick up window. At the top of their pick up windo was the word "Accuracy". When there were no customers ordering, or delivery drivers picking up, the staff cleaned, restocked items, refilled tea/lemonade, and communicated. The drive through was busy, but not a single staff member skipped a beat or even seemed worried about things getting backed up. As a former manager of a Fortune 500 company, I can see how well this location is organized and trained. This is a really great business model for what a team should be and will definitely set a good example to reflect on for teamwork. Congratulations on the amazing work!!

Yesterday I met up my family for what I thought was going to be a quick lunch. All three of us all ordered salads & got seated. As I mixed up my salad I noticed a BUG in the mix of my lettuce & showed my family members , and we all confirmed it was in fact that. I took it up to the counter where someone causally apologized and made me a new salad. When I got back with my new salad, reluctant to eat it- my sister found a fly in HER salad as well?! Grossed out , we took them to the counter and asked to talk to a manager this time as I didn't want to eat my other salad, worried it would have another fly in it, as she found one as well. The manager was much more understanding and pleasant. Our salads were almost $10, and we asked for a sandwich instead ($5) and nobody offered us a refund or additional items to make it an even exchange. Instead , Chick fil a made an additional profit off of us and this fun experience. I'm sure you can understand how we did not have a pleasureful experience eating a fly contaminated salads while losing our money settling for a sandwich. I've always had amazing experiences at Chick-fil-A but that was not the case this time. I was disappointed by the staffs customer service & efforts at making it right & after this experience I will not be back to this location.
