we ordered Banana classic shake and strawberry cheesecake and added $4 tip. They said they were out of banana. So I decided to have same strawberry. We were in a hurry and left. There was full of vanilla without strawberry and cheesecake in it and the ice cream was warm full of liquid. I should have stay and test before we leave. That is not the first time. this place needs to fully automated. No one seem can do anything right! deeply disappointed!

Worker with short black hair and glasses had excellent and friendly service. She seemed to be the only one there! I could tell she was working hard. Kudos to her and her quick and polite service

No. All I can say is no. I pulled up and a lady said she will e with me Ina moment. After 5 minutes, I was like I can go thru the drive thru. I ordered two chicken sandwiches with tator tots. This guy repeated my order 4 times incorrectly. Then when I got that corrected, he told me the price and rushed off the intercom. Here's the problem I was not finish with my order. I felt as if I was being rushed or a burden on him. Then as I stated nevermind and drove off. Here's the lady staring at me. She in the parking lot smoking. No wonder she can't take my order.

If I could leave zero stars I would ! So angry ! I went during my lunch I work in the medical field so I was in a hurry and knowing sonic is good at fast food thought it would be quick I waited for 20 minutes and still my food was Not brought out so I pressed the button again and waited another 5 minutes and no answer so I went up to the drive through and turns out what they stated “ I’m sorry it was at the wrong stall “ like how ? Got my food cold and when I returned to work to eat quickly before my break was over turns out my jumbo sauced popcorn chicken was chicken tenders torn up into pieces and partially raw !!! Like why would they even serve that it was literally all torn and had a full tender in there ! Took my appetite away 🙄

Stall 5, pressed button, waited 5 minutes, other cars pulled up and helped immediately. Pressed button again, was told to wait. More cars pull up and we’re assisted. I waited 15 minutes, no nothing. Will not be back to this location
