I come here all the time and always had a great experience but today I used my reward to redeem the mini donuts and it does say “Mini donuts or Mini donuts pecan “ so I got chocolate mini donuts doesn’t say what kind of mini donuts and the guy told me it has to be the pecan and I was still charged for it when I redeem my reward so doesn’t make sense to still be charged for it

Cashier DID NOT wear her mask. I showed her my 7eleven ap I had a free pizza on it. She kept saying no u cant have a free pizza. It's buy one get one free. Customers came in with no mask. I thought we had a Mask mandate!!. Wait we do!!!. So watch your safety with this COVID in this store.

Tonight i went in after work, to make a purchase and load some money on a Netspend card i bought at this store. I was told that they could no longer load cards at night, that it was the Managers policy. It was only a bit after 10 pm, some of us DO work late. I live a block from this store and have been doing business there for about 5 yrs. Usually i have been in the store on average, once or twice a day. I will never do business with this establishment again. I have put up with the outright rudeness of the new store staff, because of convenience, but this was the straw that broke the camels back. Also i will see that my employer no longer fuels his company vehicles there.

They are selling 2 month old ice cream and after I I went back to get a refund the other workers were throwing away all of the ice cream that was bad. Costumer service is bad the guy in the register said all food that is purchased is not refundable they stole $6 worth of expired ice cream. This is ridiculous!

I used my food card to get something to eat, and the clerk said 2 items I can not purchase. I said ok. When I got back home I looked at my receipt and noticed that the 2 items were not removed from the receipt. 2@$2.79 But at the bottom of the receipt cash approved for $6.03. And I don't get any cash benefits on my food card. So I and the federal government would like to know how and why did this happen ??? Is the store or the employee's putting that cash in there pockets ......???

My husband and I have been customers here for a little while now, and almost all the employees know and like us, even the manager knows we are good faithful customers. .. there is a new (foreigner)employee that works nights that is the RUDEST person we have ever encountered. Twice now he has told my husband F▪▪▪▪ You for no reason at all! Both times we have spent over $20... and there is no reason or excuse for that trash mouth employee. He keeps saying he knows my husband and there is No way that he does. And my husband is furious, he shouldn't be yelled and cursed at. .. and this employee has even made threats to him. Now, with him being a middle Eastern foreigner. ..we take this threat seriously! Something has got to be done about this jerk before someone waits for him after work. ..think about it!
