Bullritos

I will say the young lady who helped me at first was very nice. She looked new or maybe in training. The other woman who I'm assuming is the manager was not so nice. Quite honestly she was kind of rude. She needs coaching on good customer service. As far as the burrito goes. It was ok even with the rice being slightly under cooked. Price was too high is you ask me. Would never try it again. You get two stars for the friendly young lady on your staff but that's it.

Went there Friday 3/1 around 6:30 pm. I tried to order a rice bowl. I just wanted rice, meat, cheese, and pico. I was first told it would be an extra charge if i got double rice even though I did not get beans. Ok fine move on but had it when I was told a second scoop of pico would be an additional charge. That was it. I told the very rude Hispanic lady I was just going to go to another shop. She grabbed the bowl and slammed it in the trash muttering some choice words. To the owner I would recommend posting the rules. No one wants to pay full price for one scoop of rice, one scoop of meet, one scoop pico, and one scoop of cheese. The bowl was only 1/3 full. You may want to call your burrito bowl a burrito cup. Lastly if you want to be like Chipotle you need a better and nicer employee. Train them on customer service. Train them on the value of repeat business. Please look at your sales for that night. The mall was full but i bet if you look at your sales you will see a declining trend. I am a small business owner myself and hope some one would let me know how bad things where if I was gone.

The food was solid and tasted just like the Bullritos in Houston. However it isn't in it's own building so it doesn't have the atmosphere of the others I've been to. Also it doesn't have the fancy Coke Freestyle machine that every other Bullritos has. If they added this is would easily be rated higher. Finally, being in a mall food court, the prices are higher than usual.
