Chicken Express

I’ve never really had a problem with this location before. Or at least not enough to post something hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Today was different tho. I came by to get what I normally order: 2 #1s, Spicy. First off, they weren’t spicy they were normal despite me explicitly saying Spicy I guess the guy (yes it was a guy who took my order) either didn’t hear me, tho it seems unlikely, or just didn’t know how to put that into the order. That’s the minor part however. I don’t like to complain and while they weren’t spicy it’s not a make or break issue for me but please do better and ask questions if you aren’t sure next time. I’ve worked in food, I know how crazy and rude someone customers can be but it’s still better to make sure instead of assuming. Now for the real reason I’m posting. We found a bone in one of our tenders as pictured below. Never had this happen before, but it’s still shouldn’t because that’s extremely dangerous especially when you are eating something that is supposed to NOT have bones in it. Please be careful and check your products before handing them out. We are all okay here other than some teeth that hurt from biting into something that shouldn’t have been there. Nothing serious, but I’d hate this type of stuff to happen to other customers. Otherwise never had a problem with you guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but it's not allowed. I want to say 1st hand that i dont like giving bad reviews on businesses, but this was unexcusable. 1st off we placed our order and waited in line no time. Only to get home and our tenders were extremely hard they had to have been previously cooked and sitting bc I couldn't even bite them and my fries were hard as a rock the only thing that was edible was the roll. I will never eat at this location again.

I'm only rating one star because the chicken tenders and gravy weren't bad. However, the past three times I've eaten here, it's been bad. For reference, I've lived in this neighborhood for 11 years and I've eaten at this location easily 100 times or more. All of the sides were bad and we ordered 4 different sides. They tasted strange. The rolls, which are normally amazing and honestly one of the reasons I like to eat here, were the absolute worst. They looked like they had varnish on them and they were blistered. The inside looked like it had been soaked in oil and deep fried. They were tough and they tasted like old oil. They got part of my order wrong and they were rude taking my order. The lady at the window was nice. But for the prices they charge for some instant mashed potatoes, her politeness definitely did not make up for the bad tasting food. I absolutely will not be eating here again.

I think this location is under new management. I ordered a number one with fries and an apple pie. I asked for my food to be fresh and the man taking my order said it just dropped. I get my order, the chicken was cold and the gravy tasted like water. They did not put my fries in the bag. I come back to get my fries, the fries were cold and thrown in the bag. The last few times I’ve been going to this location, the service has not been the best. I’ll go to another location before I go to this one again.

Was told it was a 8 min wait on the fish fillets that's fine. But after 10-15 mins of waiting still no one came out with my food. Got out went inside everyone is hiding and spread out. My fish had been still there in the tray nobody had even attempted to make my food. An when I got it wasn't even hot. This place will not get no more of my $$ I promise.

Went thru drive thru and ordered Gizzard dinner and #4 . Of course expected to wait for gizzards and husband said they were good. The #4 was terrible, hard and dry and cold. It had obviously been setting a few hours. My corn nuggets cold too. The best thing was gravy and tea😞Sorry but a expect better.
