I had a very unpleasant experience. I’ve gone to this location forever, never have I had anything negative to say. Today 2 female “managers” were fussing a cussing at another employee. It’s one thing to redirect someone, but to degrade and curse infront of customers is unacceptable. When I approached the registered I asked who the manager was, she proceeded to tell me her and the other cashier were the mangers… then argued that I need to mind my business and I don’t know how the Male cashier is on other days. At that point it did not matter, no one should be spoke to in the manner that he was spoken too by both female manger cashiers. I am very disappointed and I hope this male cashier leaves immediately.

The people working there are the friendliest young people I've seen in awhile. They are smiling and welcome you to come back. I call this my store because I like the customer service here. Always smiling when you walk in. They just make you feel good.

If I could give one star I would. The black guy that was in the window at 12:27 on 12/18/18 was so rude. He was in the store trying to rap to a girl after I was waiting in line and even after I paid for my gas. He was laughing at me through the window while I’m in the cold waiting for him to turn my gas on. He finally turned my gas on after I came halfway into the store asking for a refund. Most disrespectful worker I have ever seen. The white guy in the store was also laughing in response to the guy not turning on the pump.

Worst establishment ever! OMG where do I begin ? I been shopping here for years and have i never seen such a filthy ridden place ! The whole store is a mess , the slurpee station is disgusting, the soda machine looks like it's been there for ages the coffee is vile looking , and oh please don't get me started on their food ! The food is always stale never fresh and the items you think are fresh actually are solid frozen ! The machines to heat or make your food are not sanitized the workers don't wear gloves when they handle your food which is repulsive ; the chili machine is absolutely disgusting to look at as well. I even managed to see more than a few cockroaches running freely around the store as if they were pets! The rest rooms are a forbidden place believe me on that ! This whole place makes me want to regurgitate! If you really value your health do not shop here at all nothing absolutely nothing is sanitary even if it "looks clean " it really is not ! This place needs to be condemned by the City of Arlington .

Yo dudes. Clean your bathrooms! Nasty. Straight up nasty. Sink was so filthy I had to use baby wipes in ny car. Get it together guys. I love that there is a nu number in the restroom to call about cleanliness.

The “owner” of this Franchise is HORRIBLE, she doesn’t have any type of customer service skills, she’s rude to her customers & refuses to give out her manager number whom signs her paychecks so I could talk to him on her work ethics & how she talks to customers. She won’t last long at this facility...this is Arlington not South Dallas.

worse service ever every time i try to buy a propane tank i got the same answer the manager is not here i don’t have the key i don’t know anything about it and they recommend to go across the street guess what sane answer the manager is not here and i don’t hace the key i’ll stop going to this place
