Slow service. Got a Jumbo Popcorn Chicken with an Oreo Blast. Tater tots were ICE COLD. They didn't even TRY to warm them up. And the shake was not filled all the way. SMH . .

Super disappointed in my delivery experience with this Sonic today. Delivery orders should be sealed, including drinks. As you can see, neither my bag nor my ice cream were sealed.

If you choose to go to this location, after reading this review, you will be doing yourself a huge disservice...
Please do not let yourself down. If you are hungry and you are ever near this location, just roll your windows up and keep driving. I've e been here 3 times.. and each time I've waited for over 30min IN THE DRIVE THRU, for a kids meal.. I can't say that I saw a single car get their food while waiting in line...
I would strongly recommend closing this location indefinitely as it is a stain to the name of Sonic and is a poor representation of the service that this franchise is known for. Please do not base your perspective of the franchise on the poor experience offered at this location. They should not be open and are sure to disappoint you and your family.

We waited 40 minutes for two shakes we ordered on their app. When we pressed the button at 20 minutes they came over the speaker and asked us to hold. For the next 10 minutes we waited... at one point during this time one of the employees rang up their order on the screen with their discount while we were still waiting on them to come back to be able to tell them we were still waiting. When they finally came over the mic their only response was "we'll have it out in a minute". I feel bad for the single car hop. Waiting 40 minutes for two completely melted shakes and not even an acknowledgment is pretty frustrating.

Ordered new grilled cheeseburger. 1st one was wrong. They sent another and it was a smaller version. Burger was ok. Not a fan. Dont know why they put mustard on this.

Never coming here again. I placed a mobile order and it’s been 30 minutes of me sitting here and never received my item!!! I called corporate and got a refund and this location has lost my business👎 she finally comes out 35 minutes later with my ice cream (that’s probably melted to liquid).
Multiple sonic locations are failing in this city. BAD BUSINESS. Do better.

Worst Sonic EVER! I visited today asking for the $1.99 extra long coney. The rude girl in Drive-thru let me know $1.99 was an APP only price. I asked for a manager to show my email/text showing the price is not APP only. They sent out a regular worker, who came back to let me know even though she let her manager know the price should be honored, her manager refused. Totally unacceptable! The wait you endure at this establishment is ridiculous...But I refuse to deal with long waits AND rudeness. I went to the Lamar location who promptly honored the $1.99 price - Even though it is a longer drive...I will be visiting Lamar in the future! I sincerely hope someone in a position to make changes to this location sees my review.

Worst experience of any fast food place I’ve ever been to. Waited over 45 min to an hour and left without receiving anything . Was told because I came to the door to place my order after not being helped for over 30 min my order would take longer. Once my son began to cry and I wasted gas because it was so hot I realized it was not worth it. I’ll never return to this location again.
