Mcdonald's

I just (maybe thirty minutes ago) went to McDonald’s and it was a great experience. It was my first time placing a mobile order with a coupon and I didn’t know I had to verify the order at the front. Due to my ignorance I stood there for about five minutes, which triggered the manager to ask about my order. When he realized the issue he rushed my order and it was BETTER than perfect! I got an ice cream cone due to the delay too. Everyone was diligently working! Great way to end the night.

The few times I’ve been to this location, the staff has been RUDE AF!! Today, I didn’t hear when they called my number. A young lady on staff came up and asked if I had gotten my food. I said I hadn’t, w/ receipt in hand, she took one look at it, rolled her eyes HARD and said in a nasty tone “Ugh, I’ve been calling your number!” She threw my burger onto the table, sucked her teeth and walked off. The location may be clean, but the staff is trash! If I could give it NEGATIVE STARS, I would!

This McD has gotten noticeably worse. People visiting in 2022 may be surprised to learn that in 2017 or so when it very first opened and up to 2019 or so, it was very good for an "urban area" sort of McDonalds. Other reviewers are right rhat it now qualifies as a below-average McDonalds trending towards terrible. A big problem is they don't do anything to keep homeless away. recently insaw one man asleep sprawled out across several seats, blocking about three tables. I think a few customers complained but staff did nothing. Most customers at this place now just ignore it, what's been cslled the tyranny of low expectations, no one expects basic standards so it keeps slipping. I think a lot of customers are now intimidated by this place even during daylight hours, despite it being prime real estate. What went wrong with this place? Let it be a lesson learned.

This is a service industry, why can't I get my food and beverage at the same time. Then to have the cashier exclaim I hate when people ask where their coffee is!! In bold language, Instead of handing me my food and saying sir your beverage will be out shortly. At 8:30 in the morning there's still a line

the service is deficient, the cashier today at 2 o'clock Am ignored me when I wanted to pay the order that I made via the kiosk, I am a regular customer and for my part I will never return to this restaurant!!! I also work in the kitchen at a Lebanese restaurant and the truth is that this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, it's a very poor service, we pay for our food people!!!

Surprisingly clean. Quick. Tasty. My typical McDonalds visit leaves me disappointed for selecting it as my fast food solution. Stepping out of the metro, it was readily available and on my route, so I stopped in. I was met by a team happy to provide good customer service. My well presented meal was delivered to my table with a smile. The food tasted fresh and well prepared. What a surprise. I’ll be swinging back through to confirm my experience in a few days. Great job guys!!
