This store is terrible. No meat in items when extra was ordered. In fact the amount of meat in each item was pitiful. Maybe a teaspoon of taco meat with the rest being lettuce, cheese and sour cream. This store is a rip off, don’t eat there.

Went two days ago and was told they were closed before they were actually. Today im sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes. Was told “Give me a second.” At the speaker and sat for over ten minutes just waiting to have my order taken. Eventually we just pulled up to get out of line, this Taco Bell used to be so good but it’s just gone down recently. I’ll be taking my business to the one in Mansfield off of 287 from now on, They’re customer service is higher quality anyways. Either get staffed and train your staff to be polite and efficient to their customers or stop staying open late when you don’t have to staff for them to do so.

Doesn’t matter what night of the week it is. This location is a minimum 30 minutes wait to go through the drive thru. It’s sad that I would rather go to other locations just so I know I won’t have to wait, know my food won’t be cold and won’t be wrong. I live in one of the neighborhoods within walking distance of this location. I don’t understand what the problem is, I mean you would think with the amount of negative reviews something would change but I guess customer service isn’t on the priority list. I think I can speak for myself and the rest of the customers that come here when I say this location absolutely SUCKS. And just to put it in perspective. I pulled into the drive through at 10:25pm and it is now 11:07 and I just now placed my order. In this amount of time. I’ve watched 2 cars in front of me hop the curb and leave. Along with more then 5 cars behind me back out and leave.

I don’t understand how not one but ALL card machines are down? Hardly anyone pays cash nowadays,.. then whenever I took a picture of the sign the woman in the window said “if your not going to order anything get out the drive thru” very poor service.

Today the credit card machines were down and that affects all machines in the store! This was not only at this location but others! They informed us that it was a technical issue!! OUT OF THEIR CONTROL! Yes not everyone has cash on them but these thing unfortunately happen! Everyone was great during my visit!!

Wouldn't give taco bell 1 star but had to give my input. Last night it took 39 minutes to get my food from drive thru. Once at the window I saw the cashier next to the food line scratching his arm with the food spatula. I knocked on the window to ask him why? He said he was not handling the food and for me to mind my business. I asked him for a manager and he laughed and closed the window. It was late and I was not going to argue with a teenager. But horrible service. Will never go again

I don't understand this ! I am in line in the drive through as I am typing this. I sat in line for 15 min to put in my order and I am still waiting 15 more minutes later for my food. Where is the manager ? When I was coming during the day, I NEVER had this problem.

Really disrespectful Customer service. The manager was rude too. My food was really cold and went back to return it and the manager responded back saying "excuse me" In a really rude way. They did provide us food but it the tortillas were still cold and did not even apologize. You are providing food to us however the staff is horrible. Please save your hard working money and don't come here.
