Mcdonald's

my friends and I keep ordering from them on uber eats, however they have canceled the last two orders unexpectedly with no reason or explanation. it’s absolutely unacceptable behavior! it does not make any sense as to why this store has canceled so many times, like who allows this to happen, the orders are not even complicated, its just big macs?! like how hard is this to give a proper explanation or to not cancel. don’t order online from them ever, period-

This is the closest McD's to my house and unfortunately has been consistently subpar for decades. With the exception of tonight's burger, the food has never been bad. Tonight's burger was greasy and sloppy but it was 3:55am and I'm sure they were rushing to switch over to breakfast. The issue here seems to have always been the lack of training which I blame on upper management and the owner. I've spoken with him once before. I'm extremely sympathetic right now due to labor shortages everywhere so this post is a general one - not specific to my visit 30 minutes ago. They always forget straws, or napkins, or sauce for nuggets. Sometimes they forget the nuggets. By contrast, the Richmond Hwy location by the airport is always perfect. The one on Arlington Blvd at Patrick Henry Dr is also almost always perfect. My advice if going to this location is to check, and double check, your order before leaving. You'll be glad you did. They also don't do mobile orders well here. Several times they've been out of something or the ice cream machine is "broken" yet I'll still get charged for everything I've ordered through the app. I most come here between 9pm until 5am, but have had the same issues during the day. The problems are usually at night. 60% of my night orders have mistakes. 20% of my day orders. They're also very slow. If you have the option, pick one of the other locations.

I applied to this McDonalds location, phone service is extremely disgraceful. I’ve had worked at an McDonald before and I know how busy it get at sometimes. But i was calling to get an update on my application I submitted an week ago and they kept getting it confused that I was trying to get an application and that we should come in 4 days from today and get the application, after repeatedly saying I already submitted it and I wanted to talk to an manager to get an update, they kept saying “ok,ok” and hung up on me, I called three times and this happen three times . If you are very busy you can just tell us to call back another time or day or the next time, not just hang up on the person. Very bad and disgraceful service. Wouldn’t recommend trying to get an job here, seriously.

A very clean McDonald's with pleasant staff and quiet music that makes it a good place for older folks to hang out. I want especially to give a shoutout to the Hispanic woman who was behind the counter today. I was on crutches and my friend doesn't walk so well either and this employee volunteered to carry our tray to our table. I wish I had gotten her name so I could praise her to the manager but I think the manager on duty saw her good deed.

This is one of the lower-quality McDonalds I’ve been to. Food quality is often not very good. Hours listed, especially on holidays, aren’t always accurate. I placed an order through the app and was charged, only to find that they were actually closed when we arrived (even though Google listed the hours as open). Its pretty close to where we live but I will sometimes go out of my way to another location.
