I had a great experience and a great pizza a few days ago. Today I ordered a meat lovers and got a supreme delivered. When I called to get it corrected I got a girl with all sorts of attitude telling me I didn’t make any order. She looked it up every which way and kept telling me I didn’t order a pizza. Well here it is and it is absolutely not what I ordered. I just want it made right because I plan to keep using this pizza place.

We have used Mr.Jim's for several years. We enjoyed the pizza, pasta, salads, plus a wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches. We left Mr. Jim's a few years ago because Domino's had better deals. After tiring of Domino's we returned to Mr. Jim's a few weeks ago. We were shocked at the changes to the menu. My wife ordered your chicken nugget salad and I had a pepperoni sandwich. My wife's salad was good but my sandwich was so greasy the bread was actually soggy and it was uneaten. Thinking that the previous order was a fluke we tried again last night. My wife again had the chicken nugget salad. This time I had a medium thin crust pizza. Once again my pizza was soggy with grease and uneaten. I think it would be best if we stayed away from Mr.Jim's for awhile until you return to the quality you previously had.

Ordered online for pickup last weekend for my elderly parents. Requested no sauce because it makes mom sick. Got to the store, pizza had sauce but no cheese. Was asked to wait 15 minutes while they redid the pizza. 2nd pizza had sauce no cheese. Was asked to wait another 15 min for a 3rd pizza. Did so without complaint. 3rd pizza was correct. Only took 55 min with me picking it up. We really like mr Jim’s when they get it right so we gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered this weekend too. I was not there so the elderly ordered delivery online. No sauce. Anchovies on the side. Order was delivered 40 minutes later. Sauce with no cheese. No anchovies. When they called to say the order was not right, staff was very short with the elderly and said it would be at least 45 minutes to redo the pizza because they are very busy. Two hours later, they received a pizza with no anchovies. Customer service at this location leaves much to be desired recently. We have been good customers for many years. Responses like “ sorry. We will give you free anchovies next time” are unacceptable. Responses such as “maybe next time we will get it right” are unacceptable. Do better Mr Jim’s on N Davis street!!

I will legit never go to another pizza place... EVER! This is literally the best pizza I've had in my 38 years on this planet (Chucky cheese aside 😆) as I was writing this my husband came outside to tell me how great it was. We honestly had stopped ordering pizza because we were burnt out on chain restaurants and the other places near us weren't great either, Mr. Jim's was the last place we were going to try before we threw the towel in and now I can honestly say this going to be our forever spot. That's just the pizza itself, the people working there were so super nice and walked me through the menu since it was my first time ordering there. I lost my debit card a while back and had been using my phone to pay, since I couldn't do it there one of the gentlemen working there showed me where the nearest ATM was and even offered to direct me to the nearest bank that I bank with so I could avoid the ATM fees. Dont make the mistake of going somewhere else, this place is balls to the wall amazing!

Amazing delivery experience! They have always been earlier than the projected delivery time. The pizza is always hot. Everything tastes amazing. My family’s favorite item is the Peppi-pockets! God forbid we ever move away from Arlington (as I’ve been told only Arlington stores carry these) and lose access to these little pockets of heaven lol Also! Your delivery driver Matt has always gone above and beyond for us! Definitely an overachiever :) amazing dude.

Horrible service here, especially the 2 people who closed 4/5/22. if your order isn’t right they don’t expect you to be upset. They don’t want to give you what you pay for. I came in and opened my box and showed the lady working there the issue. She didn’t apologize which is the decent respectful thing to do when the company makes a mistake. But no, rather, as a racist unapologetic person would do, she tried to turn the table on me and said “you don’t have to throw the box”!! I just looked at her. Like lady knock it off!! I didn’t even respond after she said that… I showed Class!! she then had the audacity to come outside and tell her male coworker who was on break as I was leaving that I threw the pizza at her. Which was another lie! That really, really made me mad though. She said “he threw the box when he came in”, which was a lie!!! I admit I was annoyed and just upset, the cameras saw everything. I never threw anything... After she said that, me and the guy started exchanging words and she cowardly walked off back into the store. Had me and this guy come to blows over this Karen. It would be a tragedy. if she called the police and told them I threw something at her it would be a one sided situation in her favor. All based on a lie. I’ve seen them open carry 🔫at Mr Jim’s, so unnecessary. . Maybe she felt he would do something to me, it was at night I couldn’t see if he had a gun or not, quite sure she wanted him to or she wouldn’t have said anything. Maybe she went back to get something 🔫. Who knows what these cowards are up to…She behaved Just like a typical Karen would do. Mind you I was dressed in a buisness suit and looked very professional. My whole family was watching this ordeal, two kids and a wife were in the car..These bad encounters have happen to me more than once at this store. Being African American you hate to think people just don’t like serving us because of color or race, but every time something goes wrong with my order here they become very unprofessional and try to make you feel like you not suppose to be upset. Just be happy and grateful, black people know what that means. I’m Never going to this location again.😒 All over a box of pizza!! This is sad man..people are so pathetic now days. I’m only writing this to save someone who may not be so cool headed. On top of this my pizza wasn’t even cooked thoroughly the cheese wasn’t fully melted nor the crust cooked all the way.. Never again though!!!…Buying pizza while black!!😔😔😔
