It appeared clean while placing order but as my daughter began to eat, after about 5 minutes into it she found a long piece of hair in her food. Things happen nothing is perfect but long hair in food is unacceptable and shows you are not taking steps necessary to maintain a clean environment while handling food people pay for to eat.

This place has messed up my pick-up order for the last 4 orders. I waited a month to try again after the 3rd. Today it was wrong again.
Chipotle has comped me so many times that they probably think I’m lying. Even when I go to get a free meal, it’s wrong again. Case in point: Avoid pre-order at all costs.

Avoid this Chipotle and go to the other one in Crystal City. Not worth the hassle. Staff are unresponsive, "lights are on but nobody is home" type deal.

Disgusting usually the burritos taste good it’s like if you ask for lettuce at this establishment they’ll load it and fill the entire thing more so than they put meat on the fricking plate 😂😂. Then you have to pay for extra chicken to get a decent amount and it’s $10? $10 for a vegetable filled burrito. Without buying extra chicken for the extra charge it honestly tastes plain and disgusting. Will not be returning here bye.
