Pizza Joe Express

Made an order via door dash yesterday, I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, wings and a large sprite. I received a pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and a Dr Pepper. I have never had every single item on an order this messed up before, I am very disappointed as this was my first time ordering with this establishment. I also called and they simply told me call door dash and they will give you door dash credit 🙄

I really used to like Pizza Joe's but after my experience tonight. I will not be ordering again. I recieved horrible customer service from the owner and the driver. So apparently there was a discrepancy about where to drop off my order(I prepaid online $50 order) when clearly its stated on the receipt. Driver goes to wrong location(gate) calls me yelling about he was told diffrent. He hung up on me. At this point I was afraid he was going to do something to our food. Then his boss calls me screaming about stuff costing extra sauce and so forth. This business gets tons of orders from General Motors because they're open late. I will say tonight this will be my last. Even after I provided my proof to the Boss via text messages. I still got no aplogy. I'm done!
