I came here with my son and the lady was so rude. The customer service is just downright horrible. I have tons of patience, and never gave the lady who helped me any reason to treat us the way she did. After each individual thing we were ordering she would reply is "Is that it??" in an impatient tone; I even felt bad ordering. When I asked if she could warm up one of the pigs in the blanket she pointed to the broken down microwave on the other side of the store to basically push me aside. I spent a little over $40 on just donuts today, but will keep in mind to not visit this place again and take my business elsewhere.

Very good donuts here, best I've had in the DFW metroplex by far. Only issue I had was I ordered a few donuts with whipped cream filling and was given custard filling....that was disappointing. I hope to get my whipped cream filled donut next time and change it to 5 stars then.

I don’t recommend this place to nobody. Customer service is a zero the lady in the donut shop was kinda rushing people she has no customer service the food is old and nasty. I found a hair in my donut and it was nasty

We got to this place around 9:30am and the donuts were still fresh. We were pleasantly surprised that it was so good. We missed our former donut place in our old state, and tried many here in Arlington but they all didn't have the quality that we missed until we found DV's doughnuts. Just like the one we loved. We will diffinatly be coming back here! The customer service was great too 😁

We visit every Friday during the school year as my kid's special treat for having a good week at school. The lady who runs the place is amazing. She is super sweet! If I miss a week she notices. If I have my hair & makeup done (not typical for me) she notices. She is truly a nice, kind, caring lady. I don't eat donuts but my kids like them. They really like their breakfast sandwiches and pigs. Their blueberry muffins are really good warmed up 😁 Support small business and this wonderful lady!
