Little Caesars

The food is Surprisingly GOOD! & Cheap! 5 starts for the food. The staff is Awful... instead of handing you your food when it's ready & you're waiting inside they'll put it into the oven & not even tell you it's ready. If you walk in early they dont give you a estimate wait time till its ready. Also walked in to the location to find a employee sitting on her phone by the door. (It's not the 1st time either) they forgot part of my order...they didn't believe me...they asked to read the sticker on the box 1st. Sadly they're all kids. Maybe if they had good management they'd be Amazing.

I took my six year old son in at 9:45 to get a pizza and I was told that there were no pizzas left besides what was pre-ordered. So I went to my car and ordered from Papa John's. While doing so, the 8 people who were behind me in line proceeded to leave with several pizzas. So I asked if they pre-ordered and they said no. This was an obvious indication of preference/discrimination.

This location is doing fraudulent transactions with debit cards. Someone added money then turned around and took it off and if that is happening then they could take your money off the card. The male manager was NOT trying to help he dismissed me. The banks will not investigate because they look at it as they gave your money back. So beware I'm sure Im not the only one.

Really yummy food. The ladies here were helpful in helping me with their new pick-up, warming "tower", I would call it. You enter a code from their notification system and the door will open with your food. I thought it was an innovative idea to keep your order warm while keeping your experience no-contact if that's a concern for the individual. Friendly staff, I would revisit. 👍

Ordered from the app and didn’t receive the item that I purchased, upon delivery I asked the delivery driver if she had the missing item and she said they never gave it to her. I decided to call the location where I received my order from and the manger on the line told me to call customer support or door dash. He even made a rude comment, “it’s cheaper to order through us, right?” I did order through the app and he clearly was not listening to a thing I said. I then proceeded to call little Caesars customer support and the lady who answered clicked on me. Very rude. Now I am stuck having to call door dash as well. The door dash customer support person then tells me that I have to call little caesars customer support. This is ridiculous. Won’t be ordering from this location again. And the pizza did not taste good either. This is the first time in a long time that I’ve had little Caesars and it’s not the same or at least not at this location.
