No garlic sauce. And you can see the way bacon topping is. Will never go back to this store again. Not to mention how rude the lady employee was. 😒 man 1st experience like this with papa johns. No woder why google rating is 3.1.

So I tried ordering the special pizza deal online then called the store to ask why the credit card payments are not working they never heard this, so I asked is there another type of special close to this special? No they said and they didn't even try to promote another deal it was like I was an inconvenience to them the first girl I spoke to never told me she was going to put me on hold she just push the button not once but a couple times I thought I was hung up on. Then I guess the mod came on but that wasn't any better. So are the employees not trained to know what promo deals are? Or we call over phone and only pay full price? I run and own my own restaurant in Bishop Arts District and I train my staff to know my specials on anything we do or have food or drinks.

Everyone one in this PaPa Johns has very long hair .., no one there wears a hair net which is why I shouldn’t have been surprised when I found a long dark hair inside my pizza.. it was so gross to taste that sweet pizza sauce with that long string of hair hanging from my pie slice … this was definitely food trauma.won’t be back for a long time. I was trying to try their stuffed crust pizza but it wasn’t good at all.

The manager Josh at this location is just awful. I called to inquire what I needed to do since my food was an hour late and arrived cold, but before I could even finish he started interrupting and saying the deliver times are currently 2 hours. The website clearly stated 30 minutes. I understand being short staffed but don't take it out on loyal customers.

Ordered on Saturday and delivery was quick. Food was good.

If I could give it ZERO star I surely would!
First, "manager" stated that their oven was messed up so my order would take another hour! When my order was finally delivered, the driver (door dash) literally THREW my pizza on the ground turning it over. the same said manager was rude and told me that delivery was not their problem...and proceeded to TAKE HER EYE LASHES OFF WHILE MESSING WITH THE PIZZA!!!!!!

I have ordered from this store multiple times and there is always something wrong. they lose my pizza, miss items I ordered, or the food never comes to me fresh this is unacceptable
