Long hair found in my large fries
I am beyond disgusted and will never be coming to this establishment again. Never really had the best experience with this specific McDonald's but this was the last straw. Please use caution when purchasing from this establishment.
Update: went back to get a refund and the manager had the worst attitude, did not care that hair was in my food and did not give me a full refund. I will be calling corporate 1st thing in the morning. If you have any run-ins with an Asian man that looks like he's a manager, please report him to corporate.

Worst customer service ever. If the night time management/ crew don’t like their jobs then get a new one. If McDonald’s doesn’t pay enough, get a new career. If your having a bad night call in. Why ruin someone’s night when your having a bad day. I’ve never had a problem until now. This situation will get escalated because I’ve never had to experience such treatment like that at a fast food place. Wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Going through the reviews you notice this behavior is repetitive & obviously this location doesn’t plan on fixing the issue. It’s disturbing grown people act like this. We have to do better as adults, role models & employees. Don’t embarrass yourself or the company your representing. In the meantime Hai N. I’ll be praying for your mental state. You honestly need a vacation from that place.

I ordered a large mocha frappe with one cookie crumbles on top. I asked 3x when it was handed to me, and the idiot had the nerve to say it was mixed in the frappe. Well it shouldn't be because that's why it's called oreo topping. He smiled at me and shut the window.

Went to this location tonight to order the new land air and sea meal large. No one knew what I was talking about. I must've repeated 100 times it's on your menu! And if you've seen this meal it is advertised as one sandwich. They gave me 3 different sandwiches to put the sandwich together myself( I'm not sure if that was correct or not because it was my first time ordering it).The customer service was awful/ and my fries tasted wrong as if they re-dipped old fries or something, I couldn't eat them. So disappointed in the service tonight. I won't be back to this location for a while. I love the customer service, the temp of my food and the wait time at the 102 W Hwy 303, Grand Prairie, TX 75051 location. I'll drive a little further for better service. 🙂

I have been waiting in line for more than 5 minutes. Everyone’s just sitting around. I cans see they aren’t pouring my 3 sundaes and Warming up my cookies!!

This McDonald's is my go-to location. Yes it's always pretty busy (conveniently right off 360) but I can always get my fudge sundae there lol. Every time we go to a different one, we all know there's some excuse that it's not working. But not here! Haha.
Plus the food is always good, I mean it's McDonald's! They almost always get my order right and staff is great.

Zero stars. Night staff is horrible. Pointing all out in this review:
1. After the order was taken on the drive thru, the individual taking the order said "go ahead". No politeness at all.
2. The mc chicken's handed to me were cold. I threw them , as I don't even know when it was made.
3.the staff needs to be trained, this is not the way you run a business.
Please do not go there at all.

The late night crew at this location is fantastic! The drive thru isn’t too busy and the food is hot and fresh. This is my late night location whenever I have a craving for some Mickey D’s.
