Smoothie King, how we love thee! Consistent yum, good service, friendly staff faces. A delish after school treat that won’t ruin dinner if you order the kid’s portion.
The line can take a bit to move through, but that’s to be expected since all smoothies are made fresh to order. One can never go wrong with the Angel Food or the Mango.

I go to the smoothie king pretty much DAILY on Matlock, I absolutely LOVE them NO COMPLAINTS at all. Well today I go to the one on Cooper, the guy in the drive through was very rude and didn’t wanna touch my debit card when paying. While I’m watching him he’s laughing at the guy making my drink. At one point he walks over by him and comes back laughing hard. I get my drink and something said look inside and this is what I saw. I went in and told them to refund my money back on my debit card and went to MY REGULAR LOCATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

I have no idea how this location has 4 stars. Every time I go to this location my smoothie has to be made twice. The smoothie is either to watery or to clumpy. I know I should just go to the one on Matlock instead of wasting my money at the location.

Smoothies and customer service are both great. My only complaint is that the music is ridiculously loud. I have to almost yell to place my order. Please lower the music.

If you go here make sure you know exactly what you want and don’t make any substitutions. Our questions about the menu were filled with attitude and contempt. It was the order lady who took our order. I was trying to find a low sugar smoothie for my mom. I have requested Keto Protein substitutions almost every time I get a smoothie. She told me “it won’t taste good” the drinks are specific recipes and practically refused to substitute it for me. As much money as I spend on these drinks I should be able to substitute for healthier options. I was at this location today at 3:25pm. I won’t be coming back.

Worst customer service person I think I have ever encountered. Had ordered online but found the door locked. Had to go through drive through which is counterproductive to ordering ahead of time. I asked the girl if they were short-handed, she answered no and slammed the window shut. I didn't drive off as I wanted to know what to do next time. She opened the window and I said I had a question. She said, you got your drink and slammed the window again. What she doesn't know is that during the last year I am ALWAYS courteous to the workers, way over-tip and thank them for coming to work. I didn't get that opportunity here. Clearly, she doesn't belong in customer service.

I’ve visited this location a few times. Nothing spectacular but got the job done. Todays visit was a monstrosity. I don’t mind waiting in line… went out my way to come here because I was wanting SK. A worker came outside and asked if we knew what we wanted with a negative disposition and left when we hesitated to answer. He must had similar responses from the cars behind us he soon went back into the building. Ordering was rushed but somewhat expected since it was busy. I ordered a something I’ve had several times. Went to drink it and gagged instantly. The employee attitudes and this smoothie will keep me away for a while.
