3/9 upped their score to 4. food was terrific. Best bowl I'd have in a very long time from any location. Crazy how wildy the taste varies each time you visit. Oct 2021 ...Im annoyed on how they package the tacos. They put them in the burrtito bowl container and all the stuff falls out but they explained they cant wrap the corn ones cause it breaks the shell. Well they need to figure out something its ridiculous to have to scoop my stuff back into the shell. Prev review-->Sept 29th 2021 NEW Brisket taco yummmm. Guac was perfect today. Went back for more brisket tacos October 2nd again they put them inside of a burrito bowl which I'm not understanding why they're doing that now. I thought they used to wrap the tacos. I haven't had their tacos in years. I always order a salad. Anyway I did not like the tacos the same this time because of the flour tortilla. if you get them I would recommend you get corn shell instead. To me the flour tortilla made it bland. I was very disappointed in my purchase this time. Prev review. NOVEMBER 12th 2020 8pm WHOMEVER COOKED TONITE NEEDS TO COOK ALL THE TIME. This was the best batch of chipotle ive had in forever out of multiple locations wow!!! They got someone in there that believes in seasoning!!!the chicken and steak was fantastic. I tried to call for the manager to give him kudos but guess they're busy. I didn't feel like continuing to hold. Previous review--> Aug 2020 Average. Guac was lacking!quite bland!! The customer in front of me had a kitten with her at the counter. The employee was causally carrying a conversation & enjoying the cat. Very unhygienic to have a pet at the counter with the food being right there. They also did not have any Vinaigrette & didn’t attempt to make any. Just said, “We had 2 earlier but not now” 😒

5/8/21 I asked my roommate to make an order for me at 1:30pm for 1:45, the order wasn’t ready until 2, which is not an issue cause I have previously worked at chipotle. But I ordered extra brown rice and double steak. The bowl felt significantly lighter and when I opened it, it wasn’t even filled. Not only that whenever I called the store to get it remade, the cashier was not having it. So I ask to speak with the manager. I was left on hold for 10minutes. Called back 3 other times and no response.

I like to buy Chipotle's Chicken. I usually buy 1 lb. South location has a scale but apparently Norrh Arlington doesn't. So, I was told 4 scoops equal an ounce. REALLY? IF I WANT TO BUY A POUND THEY NEED TO MEASURE IT WITH A Scale! South Arlington measures. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal but when I want to buy a pound, I want a full pound.
