This was our first time at a Chipotle, but we were really pleased with it all. She got the bow and I got the burrito, but both were loaded with ingredients and very flavorful. The service was nice too with everyone being very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant itself was mostly clean, although there were a few tables that still had trash on them. And there was also random trash in other places. So while that was a let down, the food and service made up for it.
We did order directly at the restaurant, so we can't speak at all on behalf of the online ordering. But in person went very smoothly and we will definitely go back again.

We order from here quite often, and we have had them put the wrong meats in the salad bowls several times. However tonight they completely messed up, giving us a random bowl of who knows what rather than what was in the order and on the receipt.
Received this when the order was a salad bowl with carnitas, brown rice, sour cream and cheese

Very hit or miss. Portions can be off, crunchy rice, small bowls, and they never give you the drink you order on mobile apps. Nothing terrible but definitely not a mid to high tier chipotle

Orders were wrong, staff avoided our calls (answering phone then immediately hanging up) and then acted like it was our fault (we had receipts to prove otherwise). This is the rudest the staff has been, but orders are routinely wrong and the staff is never kind. There are multiple other Chipotle’s in the area that do not have these problems. Save yourself the frustration and don’t go to this chipotle.

Very disappointing Chipotle franchise. Always a long line, skimping on the amount of food in pick-up/delivered meals, and the restaurant does not appear cleanly. Management needs to get involved and either hire new or more workers. For this location, it has a huge competition with all of the other new and upcoming restaurants and must do better.

I visited this location in Ballston on 06-04-2022
Around 2pm and there was no people on the line which was very convenient in that moment. However the lady who was working at the tortilla press who’s is also the manager. Was working on online ordering in very very rushed way.
She called the her coworker “pendejo” for no listing to the toppings she said. When I asked if she was the manager she said yes, and when I asked for her name she said: FOR WHAT???
For the people that speak Spanish as well. it’s very sad to see how managers can’t have respect for their employees. I’d like to think than this kind of behavior is not acceptable at chipotle or any other restaurant.

Thought food was overpriced before, now I'm definitely going to try and avoid. Bowls are up around $2 per and the portions are smaller. Seriously...$10.40 for steak, $9.45 for carnitas, and most overpriced in my opinion is the Sofritas bowl at $8.80.

Instore order experience was really good but noticed quality and quantity difference while i placed an order online through chipotle app and ubereats. Not sure why this is happening though.. i already noticed multiple times this month
