They are so rude at this location. The young lady working at the front acted she was bothered I even came in the building. I couldn’t understand her as she had a mask on and was basically whispering. She rolled her eyes. Then I was given the wrong sandwich. The counter by the drink was nasty, like messy, tea stains everywhere, lids everywhere, no likes or lemons .

I use to love this location., its how I fell in love with Firehouse Subs but the big issue that happened a couple years ago made me dislike it so much. I’d rather have Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike’s before I ever eat Firehouse again. I know I’m not the fastest & the minimum wage pay back in 2018. I really don’t know how I survived… the treatment when I was here…. It was something else.

I worked at this Firehouse in high school and loved it. We were always energetic and friendly to our customers. It's a shame to go there now and it's like walking into a funeral home. Absolutely no customer service and the employees walk around like zombies. I'm done with this location. Their bad attitude also makes bad sandwiches.

Customers in store are ignored while online orders take president.they even forgot to put barbecue on my smokehouse beef and brisket sub. The manager was not managing the restaurant, just making subs. I love this franchise but this one literally put a bad taste in my mouth.

Everyone is always so courteous here. It speaks well of their character, that of management, and the company as a whole. The food is always great too!

I feel their layout for ordering and pickup is a little odd but the food was good and they have a coke freestyle machine. The machine even has dr pepper which really surprised me. They could probably put some more meat on their sandwiches but the flavor was good.

Food is tasty but the subs are little bit pricey. Customer service was okay, had no issues. Did had to wait 15 plus minutes on an order that was order over the phone.

Firehouse was so so much cleaner, fresher and easier to select stuffing for subs compaired to the competitor Subway. The cleaner refridge with glass doors showing proper storage of meats was visually a cleaner method. Unlike Subway metal door and moisture build up on clear wrap or loose fitting lid covering over prep-veg or prep-meats.
