No matter if I use the app or drive thru, 85% of the time they screw it up. Never have i gone when there has been a rush or a line. But they manage to get something wrong. Very disappointing when all you want to do is get home, relax and eat something after work. Just to have to go back out, not get an apology, and get what was wrong. Just for the rest to get cold. I'm hating it!
