Qdoba Mexican Eats

these aren't the regular 6lb bags and they're clearly out of quesadilla trays which is a supplier issuue, not at all their fault, but i'm not happy that my doordash order wasn't even sealed. on top of it, i ordered a pineapple jarittos and when i called they said they didn't have it. as a former manager at qdoba i can tell you that any shift leader could call and have it pulled from the doordash menu and should have done that in the first place, and if not at least contacted doordash to ask me which other option I'd prefer. I've also literally eaten about 1500 burritos from qdoba so trust me when i say my food tasted funny and my queso was definitely cooled and reheated. extremely dissatisfied. i feel this is a management issue and i apologize to staff who have to deal with the complaints.

I'm a regular at this place and quite frankly appalled at the level of treatment I've gotten the past few days. Every time I go in to order this same person gives me a hard time with my orders. Today I went in to get a free order since I have the required 3000 points on my application, and this person refuses to honor and tells me "You can use it next time, but not now". What kind of nonsense is this? What's the point of accumulating these points just to have you guys refuse to honor it? I requested to speak with the manager, and this person said they are the manager, which he isn't since his coworkers told me he wasn't. I don't know what the deal with this guy is, but this is unacceptable behavior. This person is working the cash register today, I don't know there name, but they appear to enjoy being difficult for no reason. He refused to give me his name, and even put a random place holder name on the receipt.

This place has totally gone down hill. Normally I am getting something from them every week but tonight at 7:00 when I went there 2 VERY rude employees tell me they are only doing online orders. I went to the very good Chineese restaurant next door and they did not have any problem taking care of me. DONE with this place.

Not following food safety guidelines. No one was wearing a mask or gloves. Doors were locked and the phone was taken off the hook. The store was only accepting online orders because they are understaffed. Customer service was terrible. The shift lead just shrugged his shoulders when I asked if they were required to wear masks or gloves. Don’t eat here! There is a burger place and Panera next door eat there instead.

1st time ordering from this place, which was disappointing. I got my food, ate one piece and had saved the rest for my lunch for work the next day. Being in the medical field you don't always have time to go out for food and when I went to heat up the food I found the dispatch receipt (who knows how many hands have been all over this) was stuck to the bottom of my container with my food dropped on top of it. They don't have delivery service and therefore I don't have lunch today. Nice enough to refund my cost of this item, but still very disappointing.
