Subway

If the store isn't actually open don't light the open sign. Pay for parking and the whole nine yards to walk up to the door at 8:39 to see its not actually open until 9. So now I get to skip breakfast because I have meetings to get to and wasted $2 on parking for nothing. The $2 doesn't matter but its the fact that its blown for nothing.

Very rude service!! The guy always has an attitude when putting my sandwich together. When placing online orders it’s is NEVER done when it’s supposed to be and he is full of excuses on why. It’s obvious that he is there just to get a paycheck and doesn’t give two thoughts about customer service or satisfaction.

I have never been to a worse fast food restaurant in my life. The owner is extremely rude and insulting. I wanted extra veggies on my sub and the guy told me if I wanted more veggies to go to the corporate store down at the Michigan Union and they would make my sandwich the way I wanted it there and that they can't afford to make subs the way people want them because their rent is too high! Like seriously? If you can't afford to run your business just close down already or move your store somewhere else. Don't take it out on the customer and be insulting and rude to them. This store was filthy also and messes all over the place. The owner then accused me of making a mess which I clearly had not done. What a jerk. Avoid this subway location at all costs. There is a good Subway at Michigan Union. It is worth the extra walk to go there.

Just another post covid restaurant that feels that they can open and close whenever they want. Never mind that your Google listing says that you're open at this time and the sign on your door says it's your open at this time and all your lights are on. I guess it was my mistake for driving all the way to this location thinking they were open
